    • Disney+ブランドの日本におけるコミュニケーション戦略の立案
    • Disney+ブランドのプロモーション戦略＆プランの立案と実行
    • Disney+ブランドの全体予算の管理
    • その他事業部の活動にあわせたDisney+のマンスリーマーケティングプラン立案
    • 効果的かつ効率的なメディアプランニング＆バイイング
    • 本社（US）との渉外業務（宣伝素材の手配、情報共有／入手、承認申請作業）
    • ポストプロモーション調査の実施と分析

  • Corporate Brand Management
    • 各事業部のビジネスを理解し、ブランド判断が必要な問い合わせやレビュー依頼に対するコンサルテーション、アドバイス、ソリューションを提案する（商品企画、クリエイティブ、新規ビジネス、プロモーション内容、ビジネス・パートナー、など）
    • Disney/Marvel/Star Warsブランド・トレーニングの実施（社内、社外ビジネスパートナー向け）
    • 各種ガイドライン整備
    • USと連携し、グローバルのブランド調査（Brand Equity Study/Character Strength Research/Consumer Spend Study）の計画・実施

  • Brand/Franchise Marketing（Mickey & Friends/Disney Princess/Frozen/Marvel/Star Wars）
    • 市場評価、データ分析、ブランドプロミスに基づくフランチャイズ戦略立案と実行
    • 上記をLOBと共有し、戦略の意思決定サポート、ガイダンスの提供、フランチャイズ成長プランを実行
    • 予算（費用計画）策定
    • フランチャイズごとのタスクフォース／プロジェクト運営
    • Owned Media（ソーシャル、公式サイト）の戦略立案と実行、最適化
    • USの各ステークホルダーと連携し、グローバル戦略のローカライズと実行（確認・承認取得）
    • USおよびAPACのステークホルダーの日本市場の理解促進
    • フランチャイズ視点から新作劇場作品、新作Disney+作品のリリース・プランニングをサポート

必須条件:

  • SVODサービスでのマーケティング経験３年以上
  • コンテンツマーケティングの経験3年以上
  • 3人以上のチームのマネジメント経験
  • メディアプランニング＆バイイングの経験と知識
  • 媒体とのコネクション
  • 英語のコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスで問題なく使えるレベル）
  • 海外との対外的な渉外業務の経験
  • 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションスキル（口語及び文語）
  • コンテンツへの興味、知識、愛情
