Job Summary: ディスニーストア店舗運営管理業務（売上管理、在庫管理、人材育成、など）


Responsibilities:
• 店舗売上管理業務、および売上目標を達成する為のストアキャストへの適切な指示と実行
• 売上、在庫、勤務シフトなどの管理業務および改善アクション実行
• ストア全体のゲストサービス、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング、オペレーションの質の継続的向上
• 売上計画に合わせたキャスト採用および指導・育成
• ディベロッパーとの店舗運営に関する連絡・折衝業務
• ストア内トラブルの未然防止、および発生した問題への対応
• その他、店舗運営業務に関するストアマネージャーの補助業務
• 本社関連部署とのコミュニケーション


Requirement:
• 全国転勤可能な方
• 小売ビジネスに対する強い興味とパッション
• 自ら率先して行動し、オーナーシップを持って働ける方
• 論理的な思考を持ち、自らの考えを正しく効果的に伝えることができる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 困難な状況においても課題解決にチャレンジできる、前向きで明るい方
• 日本語ネイティブの方
• 日常会話レベルと読み書きができる英語力があれば尚良
