Job Summary:
Des attractions aux hôtels, en passant par les décors et les chars, les bâtiments support ou encore les entrepôts, nos différentes équipes d’Experts Techniques Maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations électriques de Disneyland Paris, et ce, en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance Electricité, vous apportez votre expertise technique sur tous les projets courant fort, réseaux BT/HT et postes HTA et vous définirez la Maintenance des installations HT.
Vos missions :
En binôme avec notre Expert Technique BT, vous assurez notamment les missions suivantes :
Assister le manager dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de la politique de maintenance du département
Assurer le suivi des installations à sa charge, définir la politique de réhabilitation et les investissements nécessaires
Gérer les projets de réhabilitation ou travaux neufs confiés
Définir la politique de maintenance du département et gérer les programmes et procédures de maintenance
Coordonner les actions techniques ainsi que les différents intervenants des projets, gérer le planning et les coûts des projets confiés dans le respect des budgets alloués
Apporter son expertise aux équipes, groupes de travail, comités, revues de projet.
Garantir la sûreté de fonctionnement des installations par les études, la gestion de la configuration et demande de modifications techniques, la veille règlementaire, etc.
Analyser les dysfonctionnements, définir et mettre en oeuvre les actions préventives et correctives
Conseiller, définir les besoins en formation et former les équipes en fonction des évolutions technologiques et règlementaires
Participer à des projets du secteur d'activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division
Votre profil :
Idéalement de formation Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en Electricité, vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans l’expertise Haute Tension.
Vous savez travailler en autonomie dans la prise de décision et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d’organisation et de planification.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) et vous savez adapter votre communication en fonction de vos interlocuteurs.
Vous savez gérer un projet dans son entièreté de la phase de conception jusqu’à la réalisation (Cahier des charges, budget, planning, VISA etc.).
Vous êtes à l’aise sur le Pack office.
La maîtrise de l’Anglais est un plus pour le poste car certains de vos interlocuteurs sont anglophones.
Pour cette fonction, vous devez avoir le permis B depuis plus de 2 ans.
Ce poste nécessite une réelle flexibilité horaire (ponctuellement en nuit en fonction des projets que vous gérez).
Ce poste est basé à Marne-la-Vallée et est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD de 18 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement, en statut Cadre.
