Energy Project Manager F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
Rattaché(e) au Département Facilities Support & Services, notre service Environnement et Energie a pour mission de s’assurer de la faisabilité et du bon déploiement des projets Environnement, en cohérence avec la stratégie de The Walt Disney Company et des Directions opérationnelles et support.
Nous recherchons un(e) Energy Project Manager qui a notamment pour mission principale la mise en place de la certification ISO 50001 et de son suivi et ce, tout en veillant au respect de nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) au Manager Environnement et Energie et en collaboration avec les Cheffes de Projets de votre service, vous menez notamment les missions suivantes :
Assurer la mise en place et le maintien de la certification ISO 50001 et notamment :
Actualiser les analyses environnementales, définir et suivre la mise en œuvre du plan d'action et des indicateurs.
Optimiser les revues énergétiques et les animer auprès des référents énergies.
Sensibiliser et engager l’ensemble du personnel du site et les entreprises extérieures aux enjeux environnementaux.
Conduire des audits internes et rendre compte en revue de direction.
Planifier et préparer les audits de certification.
Conformité réglementaire :
Assurer la veille réglementaire et administrative et garantir le respect des engagements légaux et internes.
Préparer les dossiers techniques destinés aux autorités (arrêtés préfectoraux, ICPE, etc.).
Management de projet énergétique :
Identifier et mettre en place des solutions durables en phase avec l’évolution de la réglementation environnementale
Superviser la conception et la réalisation du projet en accord avec les exigences de qualité et les standards de TWDC et de Disneyland Paris
Apporter des solutions aux contraintes techniques, économiques et pratiques d’un projet énergétique
Construire en partenariat avec le manager le plan pluriannuel d’investissement environnemental et des programmes de mise en conformité
Collaborer et partager avec la Division US DPEP Environnemental.
Evaluer les solutions techniques selon la méthode d’évaluation normalisée d’analyse du cycle de vie.
Etre en lien au quotidien avec les équipes internes, notamment Ingénierie, R&D et Maintenance,
Assurer l’interface éventuelle avec les sous-traitants (diagnostics, réalisation de travaux, etc.)
Votre profil :
De formation Ecole d’Ingénieur/Master 2, spécialisé dans le domaine de l’Environnement/ de l’Energie, vous avez une expérience de 10 ans en gestion de projet.
Maîtrise des systèmes de management ISO 14001 et ISO 50001.
La Formation IPMVP serait un grand plus.
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous êtes à l’aise dans la collecte, le traitement de données ainsi que dans la gestion administrative qu’implique un processus de certification.
Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous avez la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et/ou en collaboration avec les parties prenantes d’un projet.
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office mais également les outils d’analyses/ traitement de données tel que Power BI.
Vous avez idéalement un niveau B2 en anglais, ce qui vous permettra d’échanger avec vos homologues anglophones de la division Environnement.
Ce poste est basé à Marne-la-Vallée et est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDI au statut Cadre.
