Job Summary:
Disneyland Paris comprend deux parcs à thème spectaculaires - le Parc Disneyland et le Parc Walt Disney Studios. Le Resort comprend également sept hôtels et le Disney Village, qui offre des expériences uniques en matière de restauration, de divertissement et de shopping.
Nous recherchons un.e Directeur.trice de la maintenance expérimenté.e en charge des hôtels, du Disney Village. Il/elle sera responsable du développement et de l'exécution de stratégies proactives de maintenance/opérationnelles, de la qualité du spectacle et des stratégies d'investissement pour :
- Sept hôtels du Resort allant de deux à cinq étoiles
- Disney Village
Sous la responsabilité du Vice-président, Services des installations et des opérations (FOS), le/la Directeur.trice dirigera et inspirera une équipe de plus de 200 cast members dans le cadre d'un fonctionnement 24/7, 365 jours par an.
Responsabilités:
ÉQUIPES :
- Motiver, diriger et développer les Cast Members par le biais du travail d'équipe, de la collaboration, de la formation et de la reconnaissance.
- En tant que Chef d'Etablissement, soutenu par les départements juridique et RH, vous aurez la responsabilité d'identifier et d'appliquer toutes les mesures nécessaires pour protéger la santé des salariés dans les locaux de l'entreprise.
STRATEGIE :
- Développer et coordonner la stratégie d'investissement à long terme pour tous les domaines de responsabilité.
- Planifier, mettre en œuvre et contrôler des systèmes efficaces, en se concentrant sur des stratégies visant à améliorer la sécurité, la fiabilité et la qualité du spectacle.
- Employer une méthodologie approfondie de résolution des problèmes intégrant l'analyse des causes principales, la planification des actions et un processus d'amélioration continue pour les stratégies de maintenance préventive.
MAINTENANCE et SÉCURITÉ :
- Assurer la sécurité de nos Cast Members, de nos visiteurs et de nos biens.
- Assurer la maintenance efficace, efficiente et dans les délais de nos actifs.
- Prioriser le travail en fonction de l'impact sur les clients, des limitations de ressources, des mesures de sécurité, de l'obsolescence des équipements, des économies de coûts et d'autres exigences critiques.
- S'assurer que tous les actifs soient conformes aux exigences réglementaires/de conformités et aux directives de l'entreprise.
- S'assurer que les équipements destinés aux clients restent au niveau attendu par notre marché
- Gérer les budgets et les contrôles des coûts
- S'associer aux fournisseurs pour offrir des services de maintenance sûrs, de haute qualité, fiables et rentables.
- Assurer un contact direct avec nos clients internes et veiller à ce que leurs besoins soient satisfaits.
- Évaluer les tendances techniques et assurer une veille de la technologie industrielle, en élaborant au besoin des études de cas pour intégrer de nouvelles technologies ou de nouveaux processus afin d'améliorer les opérations.
Qualifications requises
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience progressive en tant que responsable de la maintenance dans des hôtels (obligatoire) , des parcs à thème, l'automobile, l'aéronautique, ou un domaine connexe.
- Compétences avérées en matière de leadership, avec la capacité de définir une vision claire, de motiver les autres de manière positive pour atteindre les résultats souhaités et de développer une équipe performante.
- Capacité avérée à travailler efficacement avec les syndicats français/européens tout en maintenant un environnement social calme et productif.
- Capacité avérée à élaborer une analyse de rentabilisation pour justifier les dépenses d'investissement et de fonctionnement.
- Excellente communication et capacité à établir des relations efficaces à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise. Capacité à influencer par la négociation, la persuasion et le leadership.
- Faire preuve de sens des affaires, de jugement indépendant, de vision stratégique, d'expertise technique et de leadership opérationnel.
- Expérience avérée en leadership d’équipes importantes, incluant la mise en œuvre de mesures de performances pertinentes et une approche collaborative accrue.
- Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement complexe.
- Compétences avérées en matière de gestion efficace du budget et du calendrier.
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre des politiques d’entreprise sur la diversité et l’inclusion, et dans la définition des orientations nécessaires pour favoriser la diversité et l’inclusion sur le lieu de travail.
Qualifications souhaitées
- Formation en ingénierie des installations
- Expérience antérieure et probante en tant que Chef d'Etablissement en France
- Expérience de SAP et des systèmes de reporting et de suivi de la maintenance tels que Maximo et le système de gestion des bâtiments.
- Expérience avec les PLC, les capteurs, la pneumatique, l'hydraulique, les systèmes d'installations, etc.
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe

Director Maintenance and Engineering, Hotels and Disney Village F/M/NB
Disneyland Paris features two spectacular theme parks – Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. The Resort also includes seven hotels and Disney Village, comprised of unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences.
We are seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to serve as Director, Hotels and Disney Village . He/she will be responsible for developing & executing proactive maintenance/operational strategies, show quality, and investment strategies for:
- Seven Resort hotels ranging from two to five stars.
- Disney Village.
Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities and Operations Services (FOS), the director will lead and inspire a team of over 200 cast members in a 24/7, 365 days per year operation.
Responsible for:
Teams:
- Motivate, lead and develop Cast Members through teamwork & collaboration, growth & development, and reward & recognition opportunities
- As a Chef d’Etablissement, supported by the Legal and HR departments, take responsibility to identify and apply all measures needed to protect the worker's physical and mental health on company’s premises.
Strategy:
- Develop and coordinate the long-term investment strategy for all areas of responsibility
- Plan, implement, and monitor effective systems, focusing on strategies to improve safety, reliability, and show quality
- Employ in-depth problem-solving methodology which incorporates root-cause analysis, action planning and a continuous improvement process for preventative maintenance strategies
Maintenance and Safety:
- Ensure the safety of our Cast Members, Guests, and assets
- Ensure the effective, efficient, and timely maintenance of our assets
- Prioritize work based on Guest impacts, resource limitations, safety initiatives, parts obsolescence, cost savings, and other critical competing requirements
- Ensure all assets are compliant with applicable regulatory/conformity requirements and company guidelines
- Ensure that Guest facing assets remain at the level expected by our market
- Manage budgets and cost-control measures
- Partner with vendors to provide safe, high-quality, reliable and cost-effective maintenance services
- Ensure direct client service contact with our internal clients and ensure that their needs are met.
- Evaluate technical trends and stay current with industry technology, developing business cases as required to incorporate new technology or processes to improve the operations
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years progressive maintenance leadership experience in hotels (compulsory), theme parks, automotive, aeronautic, manufacturing or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to define a clear vision, motivate others in a positive way to achieve desired results, and develop a successful team
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with French/European unions while maintaining a calm and productive social environment
- Proven ability to develop a business case to justify capital and expense spending
- Proactive communicator and relater who can interface effectively at all levels in the company and can appropriately influence business results through negotiation, persuasion, and personal presence
- Proven blend of business acumen, independent judgment, strategic vision, technical expertise and hands-on leadership
- Proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in large teams through established and creative metrics and collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Demonstrated skills in effective budget and scheduling management
- Demonstrated compassion and commitment to diversity and inclusion including inviting diverse perspectives, fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting workforce diversity
Preferred experience/ qualification
- Facility engineering background
- Previous, effective experience as Chef d’Etablissement in France
- Experience with SAP and maintenance reporting, monitoring systems such as Maximo and Building Management System.
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, facility systems, etc.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field preferred
