Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) d'équipe Palefrenier.

Que proposons-nous ?

Un contrat à durée déterminée jusqu’au 30/09/25 (35 heures) dans une entreprise innovante, créative et en constante évolution.

  • Rejoindre une équipe composée de 10 professionnels et passionnés.

  • Intégrer les écuries de nos parcs à thème. Cette équipe permet d’émerveiller chaque jour nos visiteurs.

  • A Disneyland Paris, la magie ne s’arrête jamais ! Nous sommes ouverts tous les jours de l’année, vous serez amenés à travailler les jours de la semaine, les weekends et les jours fériés.

Quel est votre rôle ?

  • Vous animez et encadrez l’équipe au quotidien (organisation, distribution, suivi et contrôle du travail de l’équipe…) par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent.

  • Vous gérez les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles), tout en les adaptant afin de répondre aux attentes des clients et/ou prestataires, en prenant les décisions nécessaires en l’absence du manager.

  • Vous assurez la formation et le développement des collaborateurs de l’équipe et vous transmettez votre savoir-faire technique et comportemental.

  • Vous vous assurez de l’entretien des installations et équipements nécessaires à l'accueil et aux soins apportés aux animaux et vous participez aux soins des équidés.

  • Vous informez et alertez en temps réel des écarts de performances au regard des objectifs de productivité préalablement définis avec les services compétents (finances, RH, Planification...)

Votre profil?

  • Vous êtes en possession du Galop 7

  • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle significative dans les écuries et de minimum un an en gestion d’équipe dans une fonction managériale

  • Votre priorité est de travailler dans le respect des procédures opérationnelles et des règles de sécurité.

  • Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, communicante, et vous appréciez le travail en équipe.

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire B depuis plus de deux ans

  • Vous maitrisez le français (C1) et avez un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (B1).

  • Vous êtes flexible en termes d'horaires et de jours de travail (weekend inclus)
