Job Summary:

Au sein de la Direction Strategy, Innovation & Business Transformation, la mission de l’équipe Innovation est de contribuer à la transformation des offres de Produits et d’Expériences ainsi que des modes de travail.

Pour atteindre cet objectif, le rôle de l’équipe est de :

  • Développer la culture de l’innovation et inspirer de nouvelles opportunités en lien avec la stratégie d’entreprise,
  • Renforcer les liens avec des partenaires externes (startups, incubateurs, grands groupes, écoles)
  • Piloter ou copiloter des projets d’Innovation (nouveaux usages ou offres en transverse avec les équipes),

Au sein du pôle « Strategy, Innovation & Business Transformation », l’équipe Innovation peut ainsi anticiper les développements futurs de la Destination et inscrire sa dynamique dans la stratégie à long terme de l’entreprise.

Missions

En collaboration avec le Responsable de l’initiative Innovation de Disneyland Paris, à qui vous reportez :

  • Influencer la culture d’entreprise avec un état d’esprit créatif, innovant et inspirant
    • Diffuser la culture d’Innovation et inspirer les équipes Business (newsletter, réseaux sociaux interne , learning expéditions, synthèse post salons, …)
    • Organiser et animer la communauté d’innovation (Disneyland Paris Innovation Hub)
    • Réaliser et restituer des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives identifiant de nouvelles problématiques d’innovation (études consommateurs, observations terrains, benchmark, ...)

  • Contribuer à la connexion de Disneyland Paris avec les écosystèmes (externes) d’Innovation
    • Assurer l’indentification et maintenir le lien avec les start-ups pertinentes
    • Organiser la mise en relation de startups avec les experts business
    • Participer à la création, à l'animation et au suivi de partenariats avec des acteurs de l'écosystème

  • Gérer des projets d’innovation
    • Participer à la conception et au développement d’initiatives pour améliorer l’expérience visiteurs et employés avec nos clients et partenaires internes (de l’étude préliminaire à l’implémentation selon projets)
    • Contribuer au déploiement de nouveaux outils, et nouvelles façons de travailler
    • Coordonner l’accélération de projets internes (programme d’intrapreneuriat)

Mode d’intervention

Les partenaires principaux de travail sont les équipes de développement et d’opérations des produits et des expériences Hôtels et Restaurants, ainsi que les équipes centrales : Marketing, Etudes Consommateurs, Environnement ou Génie Industriel.

L’appétence pour de nouvelles thématiques pourra permettre d’étendre le champ des projets et des thématiques abordées.

Profil

  • Jeune diplômé.e, titulaire d’un Bac +5 de type Ecole de commerce / Ecole d’ingénieur / Ecole de design / Université de 1er rang avec une appétence particulière pour les sujets d’expérience utilisateurs
  • Vous avez des notions des méthodologies d’innovation et des outils associés (Design Thining, Lean Startup, Agile)
  • Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de communication (écoute, influence, rédaction, humilité, adaptation à différents niveaux hiérarchiques)
  • Vous êtes force de propositions, proactif.ve et persévérant.e
  • Vous êtes curieux.se, créatif.ve, et aimez remettre en question l’établi pour définir de nouvelles solutions à de nouveaux problèmes
  • Vous aimez travailler avec des personnes de différents horizons, gérer des projets transverses et faire partie d’une équipe
  • Vous avez de fortes convictions et force de proposition, et êtes à même d’anticiper l’impact de votre travail sur du moyen et long-terme
  • Vous maîtrisez à l’oral et l’écrit le français et l’anglais
  • Vous savez utiliser le Pack Office, et les outils de travail à distance courants
