Senior Organisation & Talent Solutions Advisor
Job Summary:
About the Role & Team
This is a 12 month FTC position and requires you to work from the Hammersmith office 4 days per week.
The EMEA Organisation & Talent Solutions (O&TS) team provide career enhancing opportunities for all EMEA markets, ensuring employees are supported to perform at their best. They deliver solutions across Talent & Performance, Learning & Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Employee Experience, reaching ~4,500 employees across the region.
In addition to their COE responsibilities, they are also strategic business partners to all EMEA markets, ensuring what is created is relevant and addresses local needs.
This Senior Advisor role will support the O&TS Manager across the Employee Experience team and the O&TS Senior Manager across O&TS effectiveness.
All OTS teams work closely with each other and other EMEA COEs, as well as regional partners, ensuring the right connections are being made with the employees front of mind.
What You Will Do
Connection-Led Programmes:
Set the EMEA direction for connection-led programmes which provide employees with the opportunity to facilitate meaningful relationships and build a network throughout the business, and lead on the activities below:
Design longer term strategy for ongoing mentoring opportunities across the region
Partnering with the Enterprise team to understand their offerings, and align where possible and relevant
Planning and delivery of the EMEA Mentoring Marketplace and Peer Networking Programmes. Activity includes: working with external vendor MentorcliQ to build the programme on the MentorcliQ platform and continuously improve it, and building an engaging communications plan for various audiences to ensure employee awareness and engagement
Creation of training resources and guidance for both formal and informal mentoring
Gathering feedback and leading any required feedback initiatives (e.g. focus groups and surveys) to continuously improve offerings
Lead and be the subject matter expert on mentoring aspects of DEI programmes (EmpowHER AND RISE) by providing advice on mentoring initiatives, setting up the programmes in MentorcliQ and managing matching
Identifying future mentoring opportunities and connection programmes (e.g. creation of onboarding connection programme)
Internal Mobility Programmes:
Partnering with O&TS Manager to create, present and drive a proposal outlining internal mobility options for EMEA. Responsible for delivery of any agreed outputs, including but not limited to project management of any pilots/programmes identified, stakeholder management and employee communications
Consulting with EMEA Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and Enterprise Internal Mobility teams to identify and agree career mobility opportunities for the region
O&TS Effectiveness
Lead on the O&TS Communication strategy for: targeted communications to employees (OpEx, Executives, Manager/People Manager) and HR/HRBPs
Partnering with Internal Comms and being main point of contact on behalf of O&TS team and identifying collaboration opportunities for launches
Creating team brand for consistency and optimal engagement. Activities include assessing collateral (digital and swag), template creation and engagement activations in partnership with O&TS team
Create the HR Business Partnering model from an O&TS perspective to ensure consistent and effective partnering across O&TS members and EMEA HRBPs
Identify and plan sessions to upskill the O&TS team, including managing the learning series, guest speakers and internal ‘team bootcamps’
Partnering with the Senior Manager on team offsites
Assessing technologies to support the roll out of O&TS effectiveness in partnership with Senior Advisor. Implement tools and technology such as Smartsheet to support the team.
As needed, support VP(s) HR in any FY25 executive engagement
Business Partnering:
Provide partnership to HRBPS across EMEA market(s) and UK lines of business on relevant OTS needs and solutions for their countries or business areas
Ad-hoc support on other EMEA O&TS projects and initiatives dependent on business requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrable experience of successfully consulting and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, different areas of expertise and markets, to design and deliver impactful solutions
Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written, with demonstrable experience in presenting and connecting complex messages in an engaging and digestible manner
Ability to analyse, interpret and translate complex data into accessible messages and presentations
Excellent project management experience and expectation management
Experience in developing junior team members, including shared resources with other team responsibilities
Ability to spot opportunities to collaborate and partner effectively across other teams
Resiliency and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, including exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities
Ability to create strategies and approaches and associated delivery plans
