Depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024, le Disneyland® Hotel a revêtu un thème royal qui offre une expérience encore plus immersive, sublimée d'un service 5 étoiles et d'une hospitalité exceptionnelle. 
Véritable royaume de nombreuses Princesses et Princes Disney, dévoilant des chambres et suites à la décoration raffinée, l’hôtel est en outre doté d’espaces communs (restaurants, bar, boutique, Spa..) totalement modernisés et repensés.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Sous-Chef(fe) de Cuisine qui partage sa passion pour la restauration avec ses équipes afin d’offrir une expérience culinaire inoubliable à nos visiteurs.

  

Vos missions ?   

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Cuisine, vous coordonnez et supervisez l'ensemble des activités inhérentes à la cuisine :

- Organiser, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent

- Assurer la formation et le développement des équipes en transmettant vos savoir-faire techniques et comportementaux

- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité

- Traiter les opérations quotidiennes (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients

- Prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service et des mets ainsi que la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien

        

Votre profil : 

   

- Titulaire d’un diplôme en Cuisine (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro ou BTS), vous justifiez d’une expérience solide en restauration haut de gammeen qualité de Sous-Chef(fe) de Cuisine .

- Vous maitrisez le Français (niveau C1 minimum) et avez des notions en Anglais  

- Une certification HACCP est requise.

- Vous êtes force de proposition et orienté(e) solutions.       

- L’excellence de service et la satisfaction clients sont au cœur de vos priorités.       

- Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement exigeant en constante évolution.        

- Une flexibilité sur les horaires est nécessaire pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
