Job Summary:

Des attractions aux hôtels, en passant par les décors, les chars, les bâtiments support ou encore les entrepôts, nos équipes de maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations de Disneyland Paris, tout au long de l’année. Elles œuvrent ainsi quotidiennement pour faire vivre une expérience magique à nos visiteurs, en toute sécurité et en respectant nos cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance en charge de la Maintenance Second Œuvre Bâtiments, vous sécurisez, dépannez, réparez, assemblez, posez ou fabriquez les portes, portillons, portails et huisseries afin d’assurer l'entretien de nos bâtiments.

Vos Missions ?

  • Entretenir, réparer et fabriquer nos portes, portillons, huisseries etc. en respectant les cahiers des charges défini et les délais impartis
  • Réaliser tout type de soudures nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de l’ouvrage TIG et soudures à l’arc principalement sur une grande variété de métaux (Inox, alu, fer ect.)
  • Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des éléments et équipements installés (préventif : graissage des serrures, réglage des portes, …) et remise en état des éléments défaillants (remplacement de crémone, de poignées, serrures, barres antipaniques, ferme-portes, petite quincaillerie …)
  • Assurer la maintenance multi-technique préventive et curative des bâtiments
  • Prévoir et mettre en œuvre les moyens nécessaires à la pose en respectant les conditions de sécurité requises
  • Transmettre son savoir-faire auprès de ses collègues de travail sur l'utilisation des produits, des machines, des équipements ainsi que sur les procédures et méthodes de travail dans le domaine des structures en métal et de leur entretien
  • Veiller au respect des procédures, des standards de qualité, des standards environnementaux ainsi qu’au respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité

Vos atouts pour réussir ?


Titulaire d’un CAP, BEP ou BP avec une spécialité dans le travail du métal (Serrurier Métallier, chaudronnier, Ferronnerie d’Art ect.), vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans comme serrurier dans l’univers de la maintenance des bâtiments.

Vous maitrisez les techniques de soudures TIG et à l’arc et avez des connaissances en soudure MIG ou la volonté d’apprendre cette technique.

Vous êtes également autonome, curieux et impliqué.

Une flexibilité horaire est requise pour ce poste (weekends, jours fériés, soirs).
Permis B exigé.
