Job Summary:
Le Disney ‘s Hotel New York® – The Art of Marvel, hôtel 4*, est à l’image des établissements de luxe contemporains, typiques de Manhattan. Composé de galeries d’art mettant en valeur la collection d’œuvres Marvel, le Disney ’s Hotel New York® – The Art of Marvel évoque la sophistication contemporaine de la ville, cadre des aventures passionnantes des Super Héros Marvel et des artistes qui les ont créés.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l’Hôtel, vous encadrez et fédérez des équipes opérationnelles (10 managers), garantissez le niveau de qualité de service aux clients de l’hôtel et l’optimisation des résultats de l’activité en veillant au respect des standards de Disneyland Paris.
Doté(e) d’un sens stratégique affirmé, vous êtes un leader motivant et inspirant. Vous saurez accompagner vos équipes dans leur rôle de leadership tout en les guidant à travers les transformations de l’entreprise et les projets à venir. Vous excellez dans la collaboration avec les partenaires clés, qu’ils soient internes ou externes, en cultivant un esprit d’équipe et en favorisant des relations de travail constructives et durables.
Vos Missions :
Contribuer aux orientations stratégiques et à l’identification des enjeux spécifiques à votre pôle d'activité.
Participer à l’élaboration et à la construction du plan annuel d’opération et contrôler les budgets alloués à l’hôtel
Délivrer les résultats attendus, les optimiser et proposer toutes actions en faveur de leur amélioration
Porter, manager, piloter et participer aux projets et initiatives mises en œuvre sur votre secteur d'activité et/ou la Division et en suivre les résultats.
Elaborer des offres ou des services afin d’anticiper et de répondre aux besoins des clients.
Piloter et superviser l’activité et les missions de votre équipe (managers…)
Suivre et évaluer l’action et la performance de vos collaborateurs et favoriser leur développement professionnel.
Favoriser les relations et la collaboration constructive avec toutes les lignes support et business et/ou les partenaires produits.
Expliquer et veiller, sur votre périmètre, au respect des règles légales et conventionnelles, des accords et politiques RH de l'entreprise et au maintien du climat social en collaboration étroite avec les fonctions supports.
Votre profil :
Vous avez une expérience en management d’une dizaine d’années en tant que Senior Manager des Opérations / Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) des Opérations au sein de structures hôtelières équivalentes.
Une expérience dans les métiers de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme est indispensable.
Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC+5 en Management mais un niveau Bac pourrait être suffisant si votre expérience professionnelle est conséquente et en ligne avec les attentes du poste.
Votre niveau de Français et Anglais est courant (C1 minimum)
Vous maîtrisez le pack office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Vous êtes flexible sur les horaires pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations (travail le week-end et potentiellement sur des heures de nuit)

Vous avez su démontrer votre capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et prestigieux, où l'excellence du service, l'attention au détail, et la satisfaction client sont des priorités absolues. Cette expérience doit refléter une maîtrise des standards élevés propres à l’hôtellerie haut de , que ce soit en gestion d’opérations, en leadership d’équipes ou en relation avec une clientèle internationale.
