Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.


Sous la responsabilité d’un des Managers Maintenance de nos Ateliers Centraux et au sein de notre Atelier « Qualité » vous contrôlez et garantissez la conformité des pièces mécaniques. Et ceux, en garantissant le niveau de sécurité, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos quatre 5 clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons

un(e) chaudronnier(e) en CDI (F/H/NB)

Vos Missions : 

  • Fabriquer les différentes pièces de tôlerie pour les attractions,
  • Réaliser des pièces à caractère critique exigeant un contrôle, un suivi ainsi qu'une traçabilité totale,
  • Fabriquer et réparer les différents éléments pour les restaurants des Parcs et des Hôtel,
  • Programmer et utiliser les machines nécessaires à la réalisation des pièces (Machine de découpe laser, presse-plieuse à Commande Numérique),
  • Proposer des actions correctives à tous types de problématiques opérationnelles,
  • Appliquer les procédures opérationnelles établies à partir des consignes données,
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité et d'environnement ainsi qu'aux règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

Idéalement issu d’une formation de type BTS CRCI (Conception et Réalisation en Chaudronnerie Industrielle), vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la chaudronnerie dans un environnement exigent où la sécurité est un aspect essentiel du travail au quotidien.

Vous savez lire et interpréter un plan de fabrication et vous maitrisez idéalement les différentes techniques de soudure TIG/MIG/à l’arc ou avez la volonté d’apprendre celle que vous ne maîtrisez pas encore.

La connaissance en soudure serait un plus.

Vous êtes autonome, impliqué(e), respectueux(se) des procédures et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.

Une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire sur ce poste (nuits ponctuelles selon l'activité et astreintes en semaine, les week end et jours fériés).

Permis B souhaité.
