About the Role & Program: Disney Entertainment’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere! The DTC Strategy team shapes business plans and delivers market intelligence to Disney+ and Hulu's leaders, collaborating across the company to spark innovation and fuel profitable growth. Our high-impact team:

Creates innovative growth strategies across content, pricing, product, and market expansion
Identifies and evaluates game-changing strategic partnerships
Translates complex analysis into clear strategies that enable Disney's biggest streaming decisions

The approximate dates of this internship are May/June - August 2025.

What You Will Do: Join our dynamic team of strategists from consulting, banking, and tech backgrounds who combine analytical rigor with creative thinking to tackle fascinating challenges. Here's your opportunity to make a real impact while learning from experienced mentors:

Work directly with our strategy team on high-stakes initiatives spanning product strategy, content investment, and business development

Required Qualifications:

Campus leader who makes magic happen
Strategic thinker with a love for data
Natural communicator who can make complex stories simple and clear Passionate about entertainment, technology, and Disney's future

Preferred Qualifications:

Analytically rigorous coursework and/or prior internships
Experience with Excel modeling

Education:

Current junior (Class of 2026) with strong academic achievement

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

Additional Information:

Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
