Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager
 

Are you passionate about building iconic brands and driving commercial success? Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is looking for a skilled Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager to lead the growth and optimisation of beloved franchises, including Mickey & Friends, Disney Classics (e.g., Stitch, Winnie the Pooh), and Disney Preschool, across the EMEA region. In this role, you will shape strategies, identify commercial opportunities, and collaborate with diverse teams to bring these brands to life for millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Brand Plans: Adapt global brand strategies into actionable initiatives for the EMEA region, using consumer insights, market trends, and financial analysis.
  • Foster Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Category, Marketing, Retail, Creative, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
  • Monitor Brand Performance: Track key metrics and financial performance, implementing adjustments to meet targets.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Discover growth areas through franchise analysis, consumer segmentation, and category insights to drive innovation and expansion.
  • Communicate Brand Strategies: Effectively share and mobilise brand strategies with internal and external stakeholders to support sell-in efforts and strengthen partnerships.

Experience Required

  • Relevant Expertise: Experience in brand management, commercial licensing (fashion/softlines is a plus) and regional strategy within both physical and digital landscapes.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong skills in financial analysis and using data to drive revenue and inform strategic decisions.
  • Adaptable Problem-Solving: Confidence navigating ambiguity and high-pressure situations with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Consumer and Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and category trends in the EMEA region.
