Votre mission 

Rattachée au Responsable Régional HR Operations en charge de France, le HR Operations Associate intervient sur les tâches RH administratives (vie du contrat de travail, suivi des éléments de paies, suivi des entrées et sorties) et systèmes RH (mise à jour des SIRH, mise à jour de nos pages d’informations RH… . L’assistant Opérations RH travaille au quotidien avec les équipes Ressources Humaines et répond aux demandes simples de salarié.es via un outil de gestion par ticket (ServiceNow), de chat, par téléphone ou sur certains sujets en direct. Le poste est situé dans nos locaux à Paris. 

Ce que nous attendons de vous 

Les principales missions sont : 

 

Gestion des Requêtes 

  • Répondre à un grand nombre de requêtes RH via les tickets/demandes ouverts dans ServiceNow, dans les tableaux de suivi (Planner) ou par mail  

  • Utiliser la base de données documentaire pour fournir des réponses adaptées aux salarié.es, portant sur tous les aspects de gestion courante RH, de l’entrée à la sortie de l’entreprise ;  

  • Gérer les demandes et leur contenu à l’aide de l’outil de gestion ServiceNowet des tableaux de suivi (Planner/Smartsheet) ; 

  • Mener les recherches nécessaires et résoudre les problèmes sur le périmètre France, en accord avec les politiques locales et régionales et le contexte légal local ; 

 

Gestion Administrative 

  • Préparer les documents administratifs demandés par l’équipe RH tels que les contrats de travail, les avenants (temps partiel, promotion…), les attestations employeur, les suivis de période d’essai, les documents de sorties…, conformément aux procédures et à la législation, locales et régionales. 

  • Assurer la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel : papier ou version numérisée 

  • Mettre à jour des données dans notre SIRH  

  • Analyser les reportings fournis selon leur fréquence et remonter les incohérences ou améliorations possibles 

  

Expérience Employé.es 

  • Fournir un service de qualité en offrant une attitude courtoise, positive et professionnelle ; 

  • Savoir identifier les problèmes et les résoudre de façon adaptée avec les moyens à disposition ; 

  • Fournir le bon niveau d’information et orienter vers le bon service avec aisance, de façon individuelle ou collective (e.g présentation du service GRHO aux nouveaux arrivants). 

 

Amélioration Continue 

  • Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et contenus existants  

  • Savoir identifier et remonter les problèmes récurrents sur la base d’un accroissement d’activité significatif et soudain sur un domaine/sujet particulier. 

 

 

Additional information/ Profil recherché 

Pour ce poste en CDI, nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne avec :  

  • une première expérience en administration du personnel/paye dans un milieu international 

  • des notions essentielles du droit du travail sur la vie des contrats de travail et d’un SIRH 

  • une attention particulière aux détails et une capacité à restituer des documents administratifs RH de qualité, dans le respect des règles du droit social (période d’essai, préavis, modifications de contrat de travail et avenants,…) 

  • la capacité de travailler en équipe et notamment avec les équipes RH locales, les équipes GRHO et des Centres d’Expertise au sein du bureau régional  

  • la capacité de résoudre des problème simples et à transmettre les éléments nécessaires en cas d’escalade 

  • Bonne communication verbale et écrite (un niveau du Français/Anglais professionnel). La maîtrise de toute autre langue européenne supplémentaire est un plus 

  • Une bonne gestion des priorités dans un environnement dynamique et matriciel 

  • Capacité à s’adapter au changement de façon constructive et positive 

  • Capacité à évoluer dans un milieu multiculturel avec des contraintes légales locales 

  • Sens aigu de la confidentialité et respect de la protection des données personnelles 

  • Aisance avec la suite Office Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Toute expérience avec un système d’information RH SAP/Workday est essentiel
