• Lead for Disney+ Brand Marketing
• Corporate Brand Management
• Brand/Franchise Marketing (Mickey & Friends/Disney Princess/Frozen/Marvel/Star Wars)
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead for Disney+ Brand Marketing
• Formulate communication strategies for the Disney+ brand in Japan
• Develop and execute promotional strategies and plans for the Disney+ brand
• Manage the overall budget for Disney+ brand marketing
• Create monthly marketing plans for Disney+ aligned with other business activities
• Conduct effective and efficient media planning and buying
• Coordinate with headquarters (US) for promotional materials, information sharing, and approval processes
• Conduct and analyze post-promotion surveys
• Corporate Brand Management
• Understand the business of each department and provide consultation, advice, and solutions for brand-related inquiries and review requests (product planning, creative, new business, promotional content, business partners, etc.)
• Conduct Disney/Marvel/Star Wars brand training (for internal and external business partners)
• Maintain various guidelines
• Coordinate with the US for global brand studies (Brand Equity Study, Character Strength Research, Consumer Spend Study)
• Brand/Franchise Marketing (Mickey & Friends/Disney Princess/Frozen/Marvel/Star Wars)
• Develop and implement franchise strategies based on market evaluation, data analysis, and brand promises
• Share the above strategies with LOB (Line of Business) to support decision-making, provide guidance, and execute franchise growth plans
• Formulate budget (expense planning)
• Operate task forces/projects for each franchise
• Plan, execute, and optimize strategies for owned media (social media, official website)
• Localize and execute global strategies in collaboration with US stakeholders (including confirmation and approval processes)
• Enhance the understanding of the Japanese market among US and APAC stakeholders
• Support release planning from a franchise perspective for new theatrical and Disney+ titles
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of marketing experience with SVOD services
• 3+ years of content marketing experience
• Experience managing teams of 3 or more members
• Knowledge and experience in media planning and buying
• Connections with media outlets
• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience handling external communications with overseas partners
• Proficiency in Japanese for smooth communication (both spoken and written)
• Interest, knowledge, and passion for content
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge in branding/marketing
• Strong leadership that motivates team members
• Creativity and the ability to propose promotional ideas to the team
• Analytical skills to understand and utilize data for marketing strategy planning
• Writing and proofreading skills to create appealing concepts
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Skills in creating presentation decks that are logical and tell a story
• Task management skills to prioritize and execute multiple tasks within deadlines
• Logical and analytical thinking skills to drive constructive discussions internally and externally based on analytical perspectives
• Teamwork skills to collaborate well with various departments and stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address issues independently

必須条件:
- SVODサービスでのマーケティング経験3年以上
- コンテンツマーケティングの経験3年以上
- 3人以上のチームのマネジメント経験
- メディアプランニング&バイイングの経験と知識
- 媒体とのコネクション
- 英語のコミュニケーション能力(ビジネスで問題なく使えるレベル)
- 海外との対外的な渉外業務の経験
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションスキル(口語及び文語)
