CDD Chargé développement produit Mode (F/H)
Job Summary:

- Produits dérivés.
Ces activités sont soutenues par un ensemble de fonctions support : Communication, Relations Presse, Finance, Juridique, Ressources Humaines, Localisation des Contenus.

What will you do:
Responsable du développement et de l’approbation des produits Disney, Marvel et Lucas pour 2 licenciés (DTR).
Vous travaillerez en proche collaboration avec les équipes de ces 2 licenciés, afin de garantir que tous les produits sont développés en accord avec les besoins identifiés ainsi qu’avec les stratégies de nos franchises.
Gérer le processus d’approbation des produits, du concept initial à la production finale/ communiquer les approbations, changements et mises à jour aux licenciés et aux équipes des licenciés de manière efficace et structurée (Online Product Approval OPA)
Aider les licenciés dans le développement produit en leur fournissant des orientations design et styles précises. S’assurer de la bonne compréhension des commentaires pour un résultat optimum.
Préparer, suivre et archiver toute information relative au processus d’approbation et aux restrictions liées à Disney, Marvel et Lucas.
Garantir que le packaging suit les chartes graphiques Disney, Marvel et Lucas.
Créer et alimenter le book de collection par saison et partager l’information en interne.
Mettre à jour les books produit par franchise de manière régulière.
Travailler en collaboration avec les développeurs produits au niveau régional et local pour assurer l’homogénéité des développements produits sur toutes les catégories et pour tous les marchés.
Mettre en place les directives régionales concernant les process de développement produit, les chartes graphiques, les restrictions légales et mise en place du branding.
Gérer la mise à disposition des styleguides (DMC) et orienter les propositions en fournissant des directions design et styles précises ainsi que les restrictions légales pour Disney, Marvel and Lucas.
Gérer les échantillons produits, coordonner les demandes d’échantillons pour les meetings ou toute autre besoin local, régional ou global.
Participer aux meetings créatifs internes hebdomadaires.
Faire de la veille et prévoir des visites en magasins pour rester alerte sur les tendances.
What we expect of you:
Diplôme en design mode/produit/graphique (ou équivalent).
Esprit créatif et Enthousiaste
Excellente présentation et communication
Esprit d’équipe
Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer son temps
Anglais courant écrit et parlé impératif
Parfaite maîtrise de Word, Excel, Power point (Illustrator et Photoshop sont des plus)
Expérience de 3 ans dans le développement produit, de préférence dans la grande distribution ou distribution spécialisée.
