Job Summary:

Chargé(e) Trade - Marketing F/H/NB - CDI

Le marché France est le premier marché en volume et revenu pour la destination. Au sein de ce marché, le segment Trade, intègre l’ensemble des réseaux de distribution indirects : Agences de voyages (pure players et agences traditionnelles), billetteries, CSE & collectivités, professionnels du tourisme, pour la vente de forfaits séjours et de billets Parcs. 

Au sein du service « Trade Marketing », nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) Trade Marketing pour rejoindre une équipe composée de 4 personnes. Elle/Il aura la charge d’un portefeuille de clients, de l’élaboration et de la coordination du plan d’action Trade-marketing visant à développer les revenus générés avec les principaux distributeurs de notre destination et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de ces actions.


Responsabilités :

  • Mise en place des prises de paroles Disneyland Paris dans les réseaux d’agences de voyages (traditionnels, retail et online).

  • Réalisation de campagnes BtoB et BtoBtoC sur un portefeuille dédié de partenaires : campagnes digitales, radio, in-store, …

  • Gestion et Coordination des plans de formation sur la cible agents de voyages : évènements sur site, éductours, webinaires, e-brochure, fiches pratiques, ...

  • Gestion des campagnes CRM BtoB.

  • Développement de supports marketing et vente pour les 14 commerciaux terrain.

  • Participation au développement de l’application de formation B2B Disneystars : rédaction de contenu en mobile learning, réflexions et mise en place d’un plan d’action sur la stratégie de développement de l’outil.

  • Participation au développement du nouveau portail commercial mis à disposition des agents de voyages ainsi qu’à l’optimisation du parcours client sur Orchestra.

  • Benchmark et veille pour accompagner le trade dans sa transformation digitale.

  • Mesurer et analyser la performance des actions marketing B2B grâce aux KPI.

  • Coordination des plans marketing B2B et B2C.

  • Collaboration avec les équipes Centrales (Trade marketing, Consumer Strategy, Publishing, Créa, …), les équipes marchés (France, autres pays) et prestataires externes (agences d’exé, créa, routeurs, …).

Votre Profil:

  • Idéalement de formation Ecole de commerce (Bac +4/5) ou cursus équivalent, spécialisé en Marketing et Communication.

  • Vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience significative dans un département marketing/communication ou agences marketing. Idéalement une première expérience en Trade marketing.

  • Vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et de prise d’initiatives lors des missions qui vous sont confiées tout en respectant les délais impartis et les priorités de votre activité à gérer.

  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur dans la gestion de votre activité.

  • Vous êtes force de proposition pour développer l’activité Trade et vous êtes garant(e) de l’efficacité.

  • Vous avez de solides compétences rédactionnelles et vous êtes un bon communiquant(e).

  • Votre niveau de français est courant et anglais (C1).

  • Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble des outils du Pack Office (Powerpoint, Excel),
