Job Summary:
Chargé(e) de Marketing - CRM - F/H/NB - CDI
L’équipe Social Relationship Content de Disneyland Paris, au sein du département Marketing est composée de 26 personnes et a pour mission de soutenir la visibilité de notre destination, des saisons et des nouveautés auprès de nos différentes audiences présentes sur les réseaux sociaux et dans la base de données clients et prospects.
Leur objectif est de proposer des contenus digitaux personnalisés, inspirants et engageants pour contribuer à la notoriété de Disneyland Paris, au business et à leur satisfaction et ce dans tous les principaux marchés européens.
En ce sens, la/le Chargé(e) de Marketing – CRM F/H/NB aura pour mission de coordonner le développement d’emails promotionnels et relationnels, de piloter leur production, de suivre rigoureusement toutes les étapes du projet jusqu’à l’envoi, de s’assurer d’un reporting pertinent en collaboration avec les équipes responsables du ciblage et de l’envoi des campagnes.
Principales activités :
- Piloter les plans de contact emailing sur notre base de données en vue d’inciter à la visite et de fidéliser nos clients (plusieurs langues / plusieurs marchés).
- Mettre en place l’ensemble des programmes promotionnels et relationnels (marketing direct) : réception et analyse des briefs, gestion des plannings, coordination avec les différents partenaires internes et externes (agences, freelances, service créatif), production et validation des supports auprès des instances concernées.
- Coordonner l’envoi des campagnes en cohérence avec le plan global de communication et les priorités marketing.
- Monitorer les performances, restituer une synthèse des analyses et des retours d’expériences à la fin de chaque campagne auprès des différents services impliqués.
- Mettre à jour les programmes relationnels et proposer des optimisations en fonction des performances.
- Participer aux plans de communication spécifiques aux marchés France et Royaume-Uni à l’aide de l’outil Tinyclues en proposant et développant des messages business pertinents.
- S’intéresser à toute l’actualité CRM (outils, bonnes pratiques d’autres marques, évolutions des fonctionnalités techniques…) afin de pouvoir proposer régulièrement de nouvelles idées et d’optimiser la stratégie de Disneyland Paris
Profil recherché :
- Formation minimum Bac+4/5 type Master en communication, journalisme ou langues et idéalement dans un environnement international et/ou secteur du tourisme.
- Première expérience fortement souhaitée en gestion de projets et en management d’agences : (rédaction de brief, suivi des plannings et budgets).
- Vous avez de solides compétences en coordination et gestion des priorités dans le cadre de contenus complexes. Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur et d’efficacité.
- Vous savez communiquer en mode interservices et au sein des équipes (production, analyse des résultats collectivement). Vous savez être force de proposition en équipe.
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office et vous avez une bonne connaissance de la relation client dans l’environnement digital.
- La connaissance de Photoshop et l’expérience dans l’édition de code HTML simple ou dans un environnement CRM sera apprécié pour ce poste.
- Vous avez un niveau courant en français (aisance rédactionnelle impérative) et en anglais (minimum C1 requis). Une autre langue sera réellement un plus.
