La division Merchandise & Retail à Disneyland® Paris : 

Au cœur de Disneyland Paris, notre division Merchandise & Retail Développement Produit regroupe les équipes en charge de la stratégie de l'expérience shopping et du développement des produits en vente dans les 63 boutiques de la destination (Parcs, Disney Village et Hôtels Disney). 

Au sein de cette division, l'équipe "Nouveaux Projets" a en charge la mise en place de nouveaux canaux de vente des produits merchandise de Disneyland Paris, la digitalisation de l'activité shopping ainsi que la valorisation des produits par des actions communication et marketing en interne comme en externe.  

Rattaché(e) à la Senior Manager Marketing & Synergie Merchandise & Retail de la division Produit Merchandise de Disneyland Paris, vous l'accompagnerez dans ses missions et participerez activement au pilotage des activations Marketing en lien avec la valorisation produit et l'expérience shopping. 

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2025 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?

                                                                                                                                                        

Vos missions :

  • Assister la mise en place des projets Marketing & Communication au sein de la division Développement Produit Merchandise
  • Assister la mise en place d'un nouveau process, l'auditer et faire des propositions d'optimisation
  • Apporter un support sur la réalisation d'outils d'aide à la vente : fiches produits, book de vente…
  • Aider à la mise en place d'événements (conception, mise en place, présence terrain…)
  • Assurer une veille Marketing dans le milieu du retail                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un Master en Marketing et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de janvier 2025
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum)
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en marketing
  • Une première expérience en retail est un plus
  • En plus d’avoir une excellente maitrise du français à l’oral et l’écrit, vous êtes à l’aise dans la pratique de l’anglais
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et Canva
  • Vous faites preuve d’ouverture et de vivacité d’esprit, curiosité et créativité
  • Vous savez travailler en équipe et avez un esprit collaboratif avec divers interlocuteurs
  • En toute autonomie, vous savez prendre des initiatives et vous apportez une vision stratégique
