Votre environnement: Le Centre de Relations Clients (CRC) de Disneyland Paris compte plus de 450 collaborateurs dédiés à la vente et la Relation Client. Notre équipe communique en 7 langues différentes (français, anglais, néerlandais, allemand, espagnol, italien et portugais) par téléphone, email et sur les réseaux sociaux. Nous recherchons actuellement des talents pour le marché néerlandais.
Votre rôle: En tant que Conseiller(ère) Client, vous incarnerez la magie Disney par le biais de différents canaux de communication afin de soutenir et d'améliorer l'expérience des visiteurs de Disneyland Paris. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
  • Identifier les attentes des visiteurs et des agents de voyage.
  • Les conseiller et les informer en néerlandais et/ou en anglais.
  • Fournir des solutions de vente personnalisées.
Le poste au quotidien:
  • Télétravail: Possible depuis la France métropolitaine, dans la limite de 10 jours maximum par mois.
  • Postes à pourvoir: Contrats à durée indéterminée (CDI) avril et juin 2025, Contrat à durée determiné (CDD) de juillet 2025 à mars 2026.
  • Prochaines dates d'intégration: 1er avril 2025, 2 juin 2025, 1 juillet 2025.
  • Horaires de travail: Alternance de semaines de 31 heures (3 jours de repos) et de semaines de 39 heures (2 jours de repos), 9h00 à 19h45 du lundi au vendredi, 9h00 à 18h00 le samedi. Pas de travail le dimanche.
  • Rémunération: Rémunération fixe + variable.

  • Néerlandais: C1/C2
  • Anglais: C1/C2

Additional Information:

Les entretiens se dérouleront à distance, en visio-conférence, pour des postes situés en partie en présentiel, à Marne la Vallée, et/ou à distance, selon l'accord de télétravail actuellement en vigueur dans l'entreprise.
