Job Summary:
This position requires you to be based in our Dubai offices 4 days a week.
This role is an integral part of the team supporting Disney’s streaming platform, Disney+. The Disney+ team is dedicated to the growth and daily operations of Disney+ across the MENA region, with a specific focus on customer acquisition, retention, marketing, partnerships, content, research, and analytics. Working as 2IC to the Disney+ Creative Lead, the responsibility of the Creative Producer is to build and lead the output of Disney+ marketing AV projects from inception to final production.
It’s a technical and hands-on role that will primarily involve editing & producing AV assets, static design and media management.
Areas of Responsibility
Produce creative, innovative multi-platform AV content for Disney+ marketing campaigns within budget and timescale.
Develop a suite of creative (AV & Static) marketing campaign elements in-house.
Plan and implement creative strategies to drive awareness and acquisition for Disney+ across the region.
Run media flow from Region to Local (MENA) by organising all inflow of assets – allocation of files and localisation of projects.
Work with Marketing and other departments to produce a variety of creative assets (short form, graphic elements, creative pitches, etc.).
Ensure all materials align with Disney standards, practices, and legal and financial procedures.
Adhere and nurture Disney’s exacting brand style guides.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Proficiency in practically working with Adobe software is critical. Mainly Ps, Pr & Ae with some Au.
Validated experience in developing extraordinary, digital-first AV marketing campaigns and materials, ideally within the entertainment (broadcast or streaming) industry.
Knowledge of a range of common production techniques.
Experience with multi-language workflows.
Skills Required
Excellence in using tools incl Adobe Premiere to build premier AV & static marketing assets.
Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is critical.
Outstanding multi-tasking & problem-solving skills; thrives in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
Ability to independently lead projects through to delivery with outstanding time management and organisational abilities.
Deep understanding of the cultural norms and nuances of the MENA region from both a brand and audience perspective.
Highly self-motivated and responsible. Capable of working calmly under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent creative writing and graphic design skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high personal creative standards.
