Job Summary:

Disneyland Paris abrite deux parcs à thèmes et plus de 50 attractions exceptionnelles. Ainsi le rêve des grands classiques Disney, la magie du cinéma, de l’animation et de la télévision sont à portée de main de nos visiteurs. Disneyland Paris gère également le Disney Village, 7 hôtels à thèmes et 2 Centre de Conventions. 

L’équipe Production Spectacle est au cœur de la création et de la réalisation de shows, parades et événements de Disneyland® Paris. En tant que centre névralgique d'un projet Spectacle, le service collabore étroitement avec de nombreux partenaires internes et externes pour innover et créer des expériences uniques.

Vos missions :

  • Réaliser le planning d’un projet, rédiger les documents de production (Prod book, compte rendu d’évènements etc) depuis la phase initiale de conception (bluesky)

  • Contrôler l’état et l’évolution du projet,

  • S’occuper du suivi du budget et de la conformité de l’enveloppe du projet,

  • Assurer une communication adaptée aux clients interne et externes,

  • Apporter son soutien aux collaborateurs, aux coordinateurs et à tout autre membre du projet,

  • Participer au process de sourcing, à la gestion des approvisionnements et s’occuper de toute échange avec les différents services et prestataires.

                                                         
Vos atouts pour ce poste :  

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine de la gestion de projets avec une spécialisation dans l’évènementiel ou le spectacle et justifiez d’une expérience dans ce secteur,

  • Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité et rigueur,

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’organisation et de la communication,

  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et d’anglais avancé (C1),

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office,

  • Vous avez idéalement un permis de conduire B depuis au moins 2 ans afin de conduire le véhicule de société,

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est demandée (nuits, jours fériées et week end ponctuels lors des répétitions).  

Stage à pourvoir à partir de janvier 2025 pour une durée de 6 mois !
