Job Summary:
Le Centre de Service des Ressources Humaines – GHRO (Disney Global HR Operations) recherche un·e Gestionnaire Administration du Personnel pour rejoindre ses équipes Contact.
Cette équipe est en charge des étapes de l’accompagnement de nos 18 000 employés concernant le domaine des Ressources Humaines et l’administration du personnel.
Avec plus de 10 000 sollicitations par mois l’équipe GHRO Contact a pour mission d’apporter les réponses adéquates via nos canaux de communication, téléphone, mail, plateforme RH.
Votre rôle ?
Faire rimer courtoisie, expertise Ressources Humaines, efficacité pour accueillir, conseiller et guider nos Cast Members/Clients Internes au travers des moyens de communication mis à leur disposition (mails, téléphone…).
Vous serez l’image des Ressources Humaines de Disneyland® Paris auprès de nos Cast Members et Candidats Externes.
Vous serez amené(e) à :
Conseiller et accompagner les Cast Members, les clients internes de Disneyland® Paris sur les sujets Ressources Humaines par téléphone, mail afin de leur apporter une réponse précise,
Délivrer un haut niveau de service que cela soit au travers d’échanges oraux ou écrits et faire preuve de pédagogie sur les sujets complexes,
S'assurer de la gestion de dossiers (appelés cases) de A à Z dans le respect du service attendu et en dépassant ou anticipant les attentes du Cast Member/Client Interne (informations complémentaires).
Démontrer une organisation rigoureuse dans son travail et dans ses tâches.
Suivre l’avancement de vos dossiers, effectuer des relances si cela est nécessaire et finaliser les dossiers dans le respect des processus.
Faire preuve d'une confidentialité exemplaire en toutes situations dans le traitement des dossiers du personnel (à l'oral, à l'écrit, gestion des données…)
Établir une relation de partenariat constructive et efficace avec les clients internes afin d’anticiper les éventuelles problématiques et de les accompagner dans leur résolution,
Faire preuve de veille active sur l’actualité Ressources Humaines et partager l’information avec ses collègues et sa hiérarchie,
S’approprier et mettre en pratique des nouveaux processus de Ressources Humaines,
Votre profil ?
Diplômé·e en Ressources Humaines et/ou d’une expérience dans ce domaine RH (Recrutement, Administration du personnel …).
Vous maîtrisez le français (niveau C1) ainsi qu'une excellente aisance rédactionnelle.
Vous parlez également l’anglais (niveau B1 minimum).
Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique ainsi que le Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
La connaissance du Logiciel SAP ou Workday est un plus.
Vous êtes une personne dynamique, vous êtes souriante et curieuse de vous développer dans la relation de service au sein des Ressources Humaines.
Vous êtes également une personne empathique, orientée solution, vous savez également gérer votre stress dans tous types de situation.

Autonome dans la planification de son activité et dans la gestion des priorités sur son périmètre d'activité en fonction des contraintes identifiées et des missions/tâches confiées,
Une flexibilité horaire vous sera demandée.
CDD 35h jusqu'au 31/08/2025.
