Job Summary:

Le Revenue Management à Disneyland® Paris :

Au sein de la division « Revenue Management and Analytics », en charge de l’optimisation et de la maximisation des revenus à Disneyland Paris, le département Revenue Optimization optimise les revenus générés par les entrées sur les 2 parcs et les nuitées des 7 hôtels de Disneyland Paris et est en charge de faire évoluer les outils permettant cette optimisation.                                                                                                                                                                               

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2025 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?

                                                                                                                                                        

Vos missions :

Dans le cadre du projet d'évolution de notre système de revenue Management (RMS),

Vous aurez la charge de l’analyse des recommandations de prix / disponibilité de ce nouvel outil avant sa mise en place :

  • Analyser des courbes de montée en charge pour s'assurer de la cohérence des données vs l'outil actuellement en place
  • Analyser des recommandations de prix
  • Réaliser des rapports d'analyse dans l’optique d’expliquer les variations
  • Partager / présenter à différents niveaux hiérarchiques                                                                                                                                                  

Vous participerez à l'élaboration des outils/documentation nécessaires au « change management » : 

  • Documenter les processus de travaux actuels en coordination avec l'équipe Revenue Management
  • Identifier et documenter les futurs processus à mettre en place, en lien avec les nouveaux outils d'optimisation
  • Mettre à jour des outils de suivi de performance                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un Master en Revenue Management / Pricing / Statistiques / Mathématiques / Hôtellerie et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de janvier 2025
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (C1 minimum)
  • Une première expérience dans le domaine du Revenue Management est un plus
  • Vous avez une connaissance professionnelle d’Excel (connaitre les formules les plus courantes)
  • La connaissance de VBA, Tableau, SAP et Jira est un plus
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, vous avez le sens du détail et vous êtes curieux                       
  • Vous avez une bonne communication : vous allez chercher les réponses en contactant les bonnes personnes                   
  • Pour information, nos stages ne peuvent pas être convertis en alternance
