Job Summary:
Chargé(e) de Projets – Marketing F/H/NB - CDI
Le Service Brand and Creative Development relié au département Commercial est à la recherche de sa/son prochain(e) Chargé(e) de Projets – Marketing F/H/NB en CDI pour rejoindre son équipe Image de Marque et Développement Créatif.
Elle/Il travaillera avec une équipe de 11 personnes composée à ce jour de 2 pôles sous la direction d’un directeur de création. La partie gestion de projets et Image de Marque dans laquelle vous serez rattaché, composée de chargés de projets et la partie studio graphique composée de directeurs artistiques, graphistes et un apprenti.
Vous aurez pour mission de coordonner des projets avec les différents partenaires : agences créatives externes, concepteurs rédacteurs, freelances… en fonction des besoins du service.
Principales responsabilités :
- Coordination des briefs créatifs et planning.
- Participation au développement créatif des campagnes gérées en interne ou en externe (en coordination avec les agences de création) et coordination des projets transverses.
- Coordination de la production des textes officiels avec les différents intervenants.
- Gestion de la relation avec les agences (création/copywriting) basés à Paris, Londres et Melbourne.
- Gestion de la relation avec les pays européens et de la circulation d’information entre les différents services de Disneyland Paris.
- Maitrise des plannings et gestion de projets.
- Suivi des meetings hebdomadaires de validation créative
Principales activités :
- Structurer et coordonner le développement des éléments de communication (logos, visuels, textes, graphismes & cahiers de tendances) pour Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World et Disney Cruise Line.
- Assembler les éléments de communication dans des chartes graphiques en accord avec les valeurs de la marque Disney, son essence et son positionnement.
- Coordonner le planning avec l’équipe créative interne et les agences de communication visuelle.
- Superviser le développement de l’Identité Visuelle et de son suivi créatif pour assurer une structure de communication déclinable efficace et rentable sur tous les médias. À travers tous les supports créatifs - CRM (traditionnels + messages relationnels), Publications (brochure, présentoirs, flyers), Disneyland Pass (newsletter, email, communication sur le site...).
- Superviser le développement de tous les textes officiels pour Disneyland Paris (saisons, nouveaux produits, attractions, spectacles...).
Profil recherché :
- Vous avez une formation Bac+5 en Marketing en université ou école de commerce.
- Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire Chargé(e) de projets, en agence ou chez l’annonceur. Idéalement dans un environnement international.
- Vous avez expérience en gestion de planning, communication d’identité de marque.
- Vous avez une première expérience en multimédia, CRM et stratégie marketing, vous avez une connaissance approfondie du consommateur et de son comportement.
- Vous avez la capacité d’appréhender et de structurer des briefs clients en s’appuyant sur l’essence et le positionnement de la marque autour d’une large gamme de supports de communication.
- Vous savez gérer les projets et motiver une équipe efficacement en interne comme en externe.
- Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de projets et coordination des ressources internes et externes en fonction des attentes, des objectifs et des exigences en matière de budget et de livraison. Compétence indispensable.
- Vous avez l’habitude de travailler avec différentes personnalités. Vous savez faire preuve d'agilité, de réactivité et d'autonomie dans votre activité.
- Vous avez de fortes compétences organisationnelles et méthodiques dans des environnements sous pression, en tenant compte de délais multiples et serrés.
- Votre niveau en français et anglais est au minimum C1 (interactions internationales fréquentes).
