  • 言語︓日本語（母国語レベル）、英語（ポジションにより異なる

ジョブ・サマリー:  

海外ディズニーパーク、ディズニーエクスペリエンス拠点へのゲスト招致を推進するディスニー・ディスティネーション・インターナショナル（DDI）日本チームにて、営業事務サポートを担当頂きます。

職務内容:

  • 見積書、請求書処理の業務全般（PCで社内入力作業、取引先へのメールでの連絡＆フォローアップ、社内経理部とのメールのやりとり、部内バジェット管理表の入力＆アップデートなど）　
  • 新規取引先登録業務全般（PCで社内入力作業、取引先＆社内経理部とのメールでのやり取りやフォロー）
  • チームミーティングへの参加（通常毎週火曜日10時～11時）
  • 取引先名刺情報のリスト化、アップデート　　　
  • オフィスからの荷物送付（梱包、宅急便、DHLなどの伝票作成、社内メールルームへの持ち込みなど）
  • 社内メールルームからの郵便物などのピックアップ

必須条件:

  • PC使用経験（Outlook, Word, Excel）
  • 英語ベーシックレベル以上あれば尚可
  • 週1日～2日勤務、出勤日は火曜日＋1日（できれば木曜または金曜）
    （火曜日はチームミーティングがあり参加必須）
  • 6か月継続勤務できる方
