Job Summary:

Sous la Direction « des équipes opérationnelles Accueil et Services » vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur des projets transverses.

En étroite collaboration avec le Senior Manager Opérations, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre d’un projet d’envergure pour améliorer les conditions de travail liées à la Santé, la Sécurité et l’Ergonomie des employés du secteur opérationnel en charge de la gestion des flux au sein de notre destination.

Vos missions :

En collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes de ce projet, vous analyserez les indicateurs et proposerez des solutions à mettre en place pour nos Cast Members :

  • Coordination de projet : analyse des indicateurs, animation de réunions et de groupe de travail, proposition d’un plan d’action (conditions de travail, état des lieux, étude DUER, étude de terrain, AT…) ;

  • Rédaction de documents internes (compte-rendu de réunions, documentation interne...) ;

  • Echanges réguliers avec les équipes opérationnelles, les équipes DSST et la Direction de Disneyland® Paris ;

  • Travail sur les process liés à l’ergonomie des salariés du secteur.

             

                                            
Vos atouts pour ce poste :  

  • Vous effectuez un Master mention Ergonomie ou équivalent

  • Vous connaissez toutes les étapes liées à la gestion de projet

  • Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et savez fédérer une équipe

  • Vous possédez une rigueur organisationnelle, un esprit de synthèse et de discrétion

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Il s’agit d’un stage à pourvoir à partir de Janvier 2025 pour une durée maximum de 6 mois.
