Job Summary:

Depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024, le Disneyland® Hôtel a revêtu un thème royal qui offre une expérience encore plus immersive, sublimée d'un service 5 étoiles et d'une hospitalité exceptionnelle. Véritable royaume de nombreuses Princesses et Princes Disney, dévoilant des chambres et suites à la décoration raffinée, le Disneyland Hôtel est en outre doté d’espaces communs (restaurants, bar, boutique, piscine, Spa...) totalement modernisés et repensés.        

Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e Assistant/e de Direction opérationnel. Rejoignez le Disneyland Hôtel et prenez part à cette expérience ré-enchantée qui ne manquera pas de surprendre et ravir les visiteurs de Disneyland® Paris en quête d’un service d’excellence !       

    

Vos missions :

Intégré(e) à la Direction du Disneyland Hôtel, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Prendre part aux projets spécifiques de l’Hôtel et au suivi en collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs

  • Faire le lien de la mise en œuvre avec les équipes opérationnelles et suivre les budgets

  • Participer à la création et la réalisation des événements

  • Organiser les séjours VIP (accueil, prise en charge des clients) et suivre les dossier clientèle

  • Traiter les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients

  • Prendre part aux réunions, rédiger les comptes rendus et élaborer des présentations

Vos atouts pour réussir :

  • Vous êtes actuellement en Master dans la gestion hôtelière/tourisme

  • Une première expérience en hôtellerie est un plus

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C1), avez un niveau en anglais intermédiaire (B2) et la connaissance d’une troisième langue

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur organisationnelle, votre sens de la communication et votre esprit d’initiative

Stage à pourvoir à partir de novembre 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois !
