
Program Manager, Business Integration – International
Job Summary:
Job Summary
As Program Manager, Business Integration – International reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration - International, you will help support regional Entertainment initiatives to coordinate and enhance delivery of our strategic business objectives.
This role requires an energetic, passionate, knowledgeable advocate and ambassador for Disney Live Entertainment, with an understanding of Live Entertainment, confidence with data analytics, strategic mindset and communications.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate menu planning across the region, working with global partners.
- Support and coordinate talent planning across the region, advocating for our cast within a global community.
- Support and coordinate regional vendor strategies across all areas and scales of Entertainment delivery for maximum efficiency.
- Drive and coordinate internal communications strategies, working with global partners to communicate with teams across the region.
- Coordinate data analytics and monitoring to drive excellence.
- Support and coordinate global and regional DLE initiatives to drive productivity and excellence in delivery.
- Champion and advocate for inclusion and belonging in all aspects of Disney Live Entertainment, ensuring that our stories reflect the diversity of our audiences and communities.
- Support the management of the International Council, regional staff meetings, Town Halls and other regular meetings.
- Develop and prepare business planning and presentations to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to elevate the Disney Live Entertainment brand across the region, as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery / planning and development, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for Disney Live Entertainment and its products, brands, and values.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Passion for and knowledge of Disney’s brands, franchises, and live entertainment offerings.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is desirable.
