
Manager, ER Projects & Analytics (Internal Assignment / Project Hire)
Job Summary:
Acts as project manager for complex projects in partnership with segment ER leadership team. This will include:
Working closely with another team member to lead the project lifecycle from design to delivery of key projects and initiatives in support of the Employee Relations team across multiple segments including DE Product & Technology, DTC, ESPN, and International.
Projects could include those related to workforce reduction and integration, change management, investigations, conflict resolution, and requests for workplace accommodations.
Act as a collaborative and consultative thought partner with ER leadership team and HR partners across multiple segments to leverage data-driven insights to align strategies with overall business objectives.
Responsible for tracking and maintaining ER data (reduction in force and ER cases), building out data analytics to highlight key trends/patterns, and sharing with key leaders and Enterprise partners including ER Community of Practice, Global HR Operations, Controllership and Management Audit, Legal and others. This includes:
Responsible for working with ER leadership team to submit Quarterly ER data to the BOD.
Maintaining Smart Sheet case tracking tool that allows for weekly ER case reporting to the Heads of HR for ESPN/ DE Product & Technology and DTC
Serve as “Point of Contact” regarding reductions in force for DE Product & Technology, DTC & ESPN. In addition to maintaining data, submitting Adverse Impact Analysis, this role will track and analyze reduction in force data.
This role also helps to coordinate and project plan RIF approvals with HRBPs, loops in and regularly interfaces with GHRO, Security, IT Security and other RIF related partners.
Responsible for RIF data reporting to Enterprise Corporate team
Work closely with another team member on Quarterly Accrual submissions for impacts in ESPN, DE Product & Technology and DTC
Assist with other special projects as needed" and help with training decks, ER templates, etc.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $137,100.00-$167,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
