Le poste 

Nous recherchons un.e Senior UI Designer talentueux.se et passionné.e pour renforcer notre équipe Design. Vous apporterez votre expertise en conception d’interfaces utilisateur tout en insufflant une touche de magie à nos expériences digitales. 

Sous la supervision de la Lead UI, vous participerez à la conception et à l’évolution des interfaces digitales en respectant notre Design System et nos guidelines. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la cohérence visuelle et fonctionnelle de nos produits, tout en accompagnant les designers plus juniors. 

 

Vos missions au quotidien 

En tant que Senior UI Designer, vous serez amené.e à : 

  • Concevoir des interfaces utilisateur : Produire des maquettes créatives et fonctionnelles sur Figma, en respectant le Design System existant. 

  • Créer des prototypes interactifs : Tester et présenter vos idées aux parties prenantes. 

  • Collaborer activement : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les UX designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, développeurs et testeurs pour garantir une exécution optimale des projets. 

  • Faire évoluer le Design System : Contribuer à son amélioration continue sous la supervision de la Lead UI. 

  • Assurer la cohérence visuelle et fonctionnelle : Veiller à ce que toutes les interfaces respectent les standards de qualité et d’accessibilité. 

  • Partager votre expertise : Apporter une vision créative et stratégique sur la conception UI et accompagner les designers plus juniors. 

  • Présenter et argumenter vos choix UI : Défendre vos propositions tout en suivant les orientations définies par la Lead UI. 

 

Votre profil 

Nous recherchons un profil avec les compétences et l’expérience suivantes : 

  • Expérience : Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en design UI, avec une forte expertise en direction artistique et en conception d’interfaces utilisateur. 

  • Maîtrise des outils et techniques : Expertise sur Figma, la Creative Suite, et une bonne connaissance des principes d’accessibilité. 

  • Esprit collaboratif : Expérience en travail d’équipe et en méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban). Capacité à dialoguer efficacement avec les développeurs et les autres parties prenantes. 

  • Culture produit : Capacité à concevoir des solutions évolutives et adaptées aux besoins des utilisateurs. 

  • Communication et pédagogie : Aptitude à présenter ses concepts et à défendre ses idées de manière claire et argumentée. 

  • Anglais professionnel : Niveau B2 minimum, capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international. 

  • Formation : Bac +3 à Bac +5 en design graphique, design digital, ou domaine similaire.
