• メンター及びリターンシップ・サポートチームによる広範なサポートと指導
•多様なバックグラウンドを持つプロフェッショナルと働く体験
応募資格:
3 年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
2 年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
言語:日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル)
ジョブ・サマリー: 人事部門での研修・採用関連のサポート業務
職務内容:
1. Organization Development & Talent Solutions
(組織開発、人材育成、ダイバーシティー関連の業務)
社員向け研修及びイベントや施策等の企画・運営サポート
研修及びイベントのロジスティックスサポート
資料の準備・作成・仕分け
参加者登録や出席管理
発注から支払い処理手続き
サーベイの作成・分析・レポート作成等
実際のセッション中のオンサイトまたはバーチャル(Zoom)ロジスティックサポート
コース/セッションの評価とサマリー
プログラム展開のエンドツーエンドプロセスの最適化
その他不随する業務
ブランディング&コミュニケーション : 社内コミュニケーションおよびプロモーション資料の基本レイアウト とクリエイティブデザインのサポート
月刊ニュースレターの作成や配信
プログラム/セッションのプロモーション/招待状の作成
コミュニケーションチャネル/ツールの探索と管理
基本的な編集と翻訳(英語から日本語、日本語から英語)
その他不随する業務
2. Talent Acquisition (採用関連・サポート)
応募者データの管理: 応募者情報のデータベース入力と更新、応募者の進捗状況の追跡
応募書類の管理、個人情報の削除、フォルダへの保管
応募者、採用エージェンシーとのコミュニケーション
面接スケジュールの調整: 面接官と候補者のスケジュール調整、面接場所の確保、オンライン面接の設定
面接のエスコート、緊急連絡先としての対応
入社手続きのサポート: 入社書類の準備と送付、入社オリエンテーションのスケジュール調整
採用関連の問い合わせ対応: 候補者や面接官からの問い合わせ対応
採用イベントのサポート: 採用イベントやキャリアフェアの準備と運営サポート
採用関連のPO、ZAP処理
採用データの管理: 採用活動のデータ入力、採用状況のレポート作成、採用活動の効果測定2
人事・総務関連プロジェクトのサポート(必要に応じて)
3. 人事・総務関連プロジェクト・イベントに関するサポート全般
必須条件:
日英での優れたコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
効果的な問題解決と分析能力
データ分析(例:データプレゼンテーション、グラフ、エクセル等)
仕事に対する責任感が持てる方
迅速に学ぶことができる方
協調性のある方
Microsoft Office の基本・応用操作
コミュニケーション能力の高いチームプレーヤー
