ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパン株式会社のリターンシップは、様々な事情により一度正社員としてのキ ャリアを中断・離職された女性のキャリア再開・職場復帰を支援するプログラムです。この有給インターンシップでは、 実務体験だけでなく、研修やメンタリング等の体験を通じてプロフェッショナルとしてのキャリア再開に必要なスキルや経験を積むことができます。

概要:
• 実務及び研修を通じての、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得

• メンター及びリターンシップ・サポートチームによる広範なサポートと指導
•多様なバックグラウンドを持つプロフェッショナルと働く体験

応募資格:

  • 3 年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方

  • 2 年以上キャリアを中断されている方

  • キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方

  • 言語:日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル＊ポジションによる)
