ディズニー公式オンラインストア「Disneystore.jp」の運営全般を担っていただきます。基本的な受注管理業務、ゲスト対応業務をはじめとして、販売戦略の策定をおこなっていただき、顧客満足と売上最大化に貢献いただきます。

職務内容:

・売上実績と売上予測を基に販売戦略の策定を行い、顧客満足と売上最大化に貢献する

・関係部署(マーケティング/MD/ロジ/B&M/カスタマーセンター)と連携し、販売目標の達成に向けた取り組みを推進する

・販促企画・キャンペーン施策の立案・実行

・受注管理業務・ゲスト対応業務

・商品詳細テキスト、商品画像の改善

必須条件:

・オンラインストアにおける運営管理(7年以上)

・オンラインストア販促企画・キャンペーン施策の実行経験

・社内外の関係者と協働し、プロジェクトを推進した経験

・チームワーカーであること

・社内外の折衝・調整業務に対してプロアクティブ＆セルフスターターな方

・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

望ましいスキル：

・Web分析ツール（Adobe analytics、Google analytics）分析経験

・SEO対策の知識・実行経験

・Excel、Power pointなど基本的なOfficeソフト

・HTML、CSS

・Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop CC、Illustrator CC、Dreamweaver CCなど)

・英語力：ビジネスレベル以上（TOEIC 700点以上）
