Job Summary:

ディズニー公式オンラインストア「Disneystore.jp」のコンテンツの企画、編集などオンラインストア全般のWebコンテンツディレクションを担当頂きます。ディズニーストアで取り扱っている豊富な商品ラインアップから消費者ニーズに寄り添った、商品やライフスタイルの提案、トレンド・季節要素を盛り込んだ、ディズニーの世界観に没入できるコンテンツの企画・制作に携わっていただきます。ディズニーならではのストーリーテリングを活かした魅力的なサイトを演出していただきます。

職務内容:

・新商品発売時のセールスパワーを最大化するための特集ページの企画、制作、ディレクション

・サイト内のワイヤーフレーム作成・商品撮影ディレクション

・コンテンツ制作カレンダーの年間/月間計画作成、管理

・商品部マーチャンダイザー担当者への取材や外部ベンダーへの指示出し

・キャッチコピーのライティング

・コンテンツ分析、Webアクセス分析および分析結果に基づくサイトコンテンツ改善企画、実行

必須条件:

・オンラインストアにおけるWebディレクション経験(4年以上)

・Webページ進行管理の実務経験

・チームワーカーであること。

・ビジネス目標を達成するために、リーダーシップを持って自発的に考え、行動できること

・社内外の多様なステークホルダーに対し、円滑・効果的なコミュニケーションを取れること

・母国語レベルの日本語

望ましいスキル：

・HTML、CSS

・Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop CC、Illustrator CC、Dreamweaver CCなど)

・コンテンツSEO対策の知識・経験

・Webアクセス解析

・Excel、Power pointなど基本的なOfficeソフト

・ビジネスコミュニケーションが可能なレベルの英語（TOEIC700点以上かそれに準ずるレベル）
