Job Summary:

Le Pôle Santé à Disneyland® Paris :

Au sein de la Division Sureté Prévention Secours et Santé (SP2S), le Pôle Santé est composé d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de près de 80 personnels de santé.

Il contribue ainsi à la protection de la santé des salariés et des visiteurs afin de préserver le capital humain, l’image de marque et les intérêts juridiques et financiers de notre entreprise et ce, en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Au sein de Disneyland Paris, les ressources dédiées au pôle Santé sont organisées autour de 3 services :

- Le service de prévention et de Santé au Travail - qui a pour mission d’assurer le suivi de l’état de santé des salariés et la prévention en santé physique, sociale et psychologique.

- Les premiers soins (First Aid), service pour lequel nous recrutons, qui a pour mission de prodiguer les premiers soins et les soins d’urgences aux salariés, aux visiteurs et aux autres intervenants de Disneyland Paris.

- Le Bureau des Accidents de Travail, qui assure le suivi des Accidents de Travail et de trajet et des maladies professionnelles.

Vos missions :

  • Élaborer le cahier des charges d'un projet auprès d'un manager du pôle santé

  • Réaliser les comptes-rendus de réunion de suivi de projet et formaliser les points d'avancées

  • Participer à la gestion administrative quotidienne de l'équipe

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un Bac Professionnel Secrétariat ou un BTS Assistant Manager et vous recherchez un stage idéalement pour janvier 2025

  • Vous pratiquez le français couramment (C1) et l’anglais en niveau A2

  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office avec un niveau confirmé sur Excel

  • Courtoisie, discrétion et empathie sont les maîtres mots
