Job Summary:

Depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024, le Disneyland® Hotel a revêtu un thème royal qui offre une expérience encore plus immersive, sublimée d'un service 5 étoiles et d'une hospitalité exceptionnelle. 
Véritable royaume de nombreuses Princesses et Princes Disney, dévoilant des chambres et suites à la décoration raffinée, l’hôtel est en outre doté d’espaces communs (restaurants, bar, boutique, Spa...) totalement modernisés et repensés.      
Le Disneyland Hotel 5* va prochainement se doter d'un troisième restaurant en collaboration avec un Chef français de renommée internationale. L'objectif de ce restaurant est simple, offrir une expérience extraordinaire et inoubliable à ses clients.
Ainsi, nous recherchons un Commis de cuisine (F/H/NB) pour intégrer ce tout nouveau concept culinaire et révolutionnaire à Disneyland Paris.

Ce que vous allez faire :

  • Réaliser les préparations préliminaires et la réalisation de certains plats
  • Assister les Chef.fes de partie, Sous-Chefs et le Chef de cuisine dans toutes les taches liées à l’activité
  • Respecter de façon permanente les procédures HACCP et les règles de sécurité
  • Assurer l’entretien et participer au nettoyage et à la désinfection des espaces de travail et du matériel de cuisine.
Votre profil :
  • Idéalement diplômé.e d’une école hôtelière, vous avez impérativement une première expérience et/ou avez fait votre alternance en tant que Commis de cuisine dans un établissement prestigieux
  • Vous avez la capacité à exceller dans un environnement exigeant, en gardant une attitude positive et un sens aigu du détail
  • Vous êtes flexible et pouvez être amené.e à travailler jusqu’à 01h00, en semaine comme durant les week-ends.
