Job Summary:

Bienvenue au Disneyland Hotel, la demeure 5 étoiles d’exception où chacun.e peut célébrer des histoires féériques et écrire la sienne ! Pour nos deux restaurants Le Royal Banquet et La Table de Lumière, nous recherchons des Commis de cuisine passionnés pour rejoindre nos brigades. Sous la direction du chef de cuisine, vous travaillerez des produits emblématiques de la cuisine française sublimés par un dressage raffiné pour La Table de Lumière ou un buffet d’exception pour Le Royal Banquet.

Vos missions ?
  • Assurer la mise en place et la préparation des plats en respectant les fiches techniques et en suivant les instructions des Sous-chefs et du Chef de cuisine
  • Maintenir la propreté de la cuisine et des équipements et respecter de façon permanente les normes HACCP
Votre profil ?
  • Formation en cuisine (CAP Cuisine ou équivalent) et/ou expérience significative en cuisine, idéalement dans un restaurant gastronomique, semi-gastronomique ou traditionnel
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
  • Passion pour la gastronomie et envie d’apprendre
