Job Summary

Do you have experience in solving business problems within international B2C organisations? Then this could be your opportunity to join the Disney+ team! The Disney+ trading team is responsible for reporting and analysis of commercial performance in order to provide meaningful insights to help drive business growth across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Come help us bring the iconic content of brands like Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic to our fans.

Reporting to the Commercial Performance Manager, the Commercial Performance Senior Analyst role will contribute to the business by providing regular performance updates and conducting deeper analyses on performance levers to drive subscriber growth. It works closely with a variety of other teams, including brand and performance marketing, BD & strategy, finance, analytics, and local markets across the region.

This position requires someone to work from our Hammersmith offices 4 days a week.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

Analyse and report on daily, weekly, quarterly subscriber KPIs and trends related to both acquisition and retention, helping to provide a clear narrative to leadership
Work closely with analytics and local teams to analyse data, identify key levers of performance, and provide crucial business insights
Create and present exec-level presentations on Disney+ performance updates
Work closely with the Planning side of the team, understanding what’s included in the forecasts as well as providing inputs to forecast assumptions based on observed trends
Support creation and management of initiatives plan to mitigate / sustain trading performance

The Experience We Require From You:

Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data
Ability to tailor comms to different audiences (e.g. country teams, global teams, execs)
High level of numerical and analytical ability, including strong attention to detail
Excellent Excel skills
Strong presentation skills – regular deck preparation for senior stakeholders
Data visualisation skills
Strategic and commercial mindset
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously 
Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership
