How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Junior planner will play a vital role in providing administrative support to Planning and Adsales areas. This role will be responsible for various administrative responsibilities that include booking, maintaining, and confirming TV campaigns across various cable networks such as Star, FX, Nat Geo, ESPN, and Disney Channel across various Latin American markets. Tasks may include media campaign data entry, reconciliation, and proof of air through airchecks.
The Junior planner will be responsible for:
- Receipt orders and flowcharts from clients/agencies and send to the respective Ad Ops teams.
- Receipt and order entry of ESPN TV campaigns.
- Coordination of booking with the Operation team
- Generate booking reports for planning
- In charge of requesting post transmission reports to Operation team to conciliate their campaign.
- In charge of requesting Operation team daily pre-empts status.
- Coordinate insertion orders ensuring they are correct before booking, correct after booking, and communicating status to external parties.
- Track all booked revenue and ensuring reconciliation each week so what was ordered is being consumed correctly.
- Troubleshoot pre-emptions or inventory issues with the guidance of the Media planner or Account Executive.
- Generate campaign reports as necessary from the different systems.
- Monthly TV and Digital account campaign reconciliation.
- Assisting the team with airchecks “testigos” requests by downloading from our vendor system.
- Generate accurate weekly/monthly transmission reports to agency and clients as need it.
- Assist with finance and research related requests.
- Basic research and post buys.
- Process all Credit and Debit requests before being sent to the finance team.
- Develop and maintain Commercial Partnerships/Marketing knowledge.
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
- Assist with special projects.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Degree or Advanced Student Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience.
- Prefered Industries: Advertising.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge on basic research systems (TechEdge, IBOPE).
- Strong analytic and organizational planning skills.
- Advanced level of English.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction to assure project completion.
- Ability to anticipate team needs and respond accordingly.
