About the Role & Team
You will manage publishing business and product development with licensees in selected markets.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in our Warsaw office, with one day working from home.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage Disney Publishing business and portfolio
Build relationships with business partners in CEE and CIS
Implement new business initiatives based on market analysis
Administer licensing contracts and manage licensee performance
Collaborate with regional and global offices to ensure brand integrity
Work closely with the Publishing Head for CEE and CIS
Required Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience in product/brand management; publishing industry and/or licensing business experience preferred
Degree in business or related field
Experience in marketing and/or in licensing business
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Creative skills for portfolio development
