About Disney College Program

Disney College Program is a 10-12 weeks summer program where you will gain on-the-job working experience and a uniquely Disney learning experience. As part of the program, there will be value-added programs and activities such as sharing sessions by Senior Management, behind the scenes tours, and an opportunity to shadow leaders in your respective teams.

Recruitment Timeline

Application: February to April 2025
Selection: March to April 2025
Interview: April to May 2025
Release Result: May 2025

Responsibilities:

There are more than 15 roles offered across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. No matter the role, the Disney College Program gives each participant the opportunity to study, experience and create the magic.

Every role at Disney helps bring the magic to life. Here are some of the different types of roles that you may be considered for during Disney College Program.

Park Operations
Merchandise
Food & Beverages
Hotel Operations
Entertainment

Basic Qualifications:

Students from Tertiary Institutes
Available to work for the whole duration of 10-12 weeks between June to August
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor and indoor locations
Work on shift pattern

Please note that participants are required to fulfill all the above requirements plus any additional requirements indicated by the institution, as well as to work through the whole contract period. Employment verification letters, certificates, and/or evaluation forms will only be prepared for students who successfully complete the entire college program contract.
