Ces directions contribuent au développement des activités des tiers opérant à Disneyland Paris et à la planification stratégique à long terme et la transformation de la société. 

Vos missions :

Sous la supervision du Manager Finance Environnement, Real Estate, Corporate Alliances , Operating Participants & Strategic Planning vous êtes l’interlocuteur(rice) financier privilégié(e) des départements Operating Participants et Strategic Planning. Pour cela vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Elaborer et piloter l’ensemble des processus financiers de planification de votre division : Forecasts, AOP, LTP

  • Développer et continuer la transformation des outils d’analyse pour le pilotage des sujets clefs : automatisation des process, création de dashboard sur des outils de data visualisation tels que PowerBI

  • Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles et analyser les écarts, justifiant l’exactitude du compte de résultat

  • Mettre à jour le prévisionnel des revenus et des charges en collaboration avec les leaders opérationnels, et identifier les facteurs d’évolution pour délivrer un prévisionnel le plus fiable possible

  • Assurer le suivi des facturations des loyers et charges communes

  • Communiquer à l’attention des responsables Business les synthèses permettant de piloter leur activité

  • Accompagner les leaders opérationnels dans l’analyse financière des projets et business cases ; proposer les options les plus optimales et suivre les dispositions financières des contrats signés

  • Maintenir le suivi des investissements, CARs

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous avez une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+4/5, spécialisée dans le contrôle de gestion, la finance et/ou l’audit

  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (B2 minimum), aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, SAP, Longview, SRH et avez idéalement des notions sur les logiciels Power BI et/ou Tableau

  • Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle, d’esprit d’équipe, de rigueur

  • Vous avez le sens du service et des capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes autonome et proactif

  • Vous avez des capacités de communication et de présentation qui vous permettent de communiquer à tous les niveaux de l’organisation (équipe de direction incluse)

  • Vous êtes motivé(e), impliqué(e), curieux(se) et avez envie de vous investir
