  • Studios (Distribution de films en salle et Marketing de ces films),
  • Media (chaînes linéaire Jeunesse et Découvertes, plateforme de streaming Disney+/Star),
  • Produits dérivés.  

Ces activités sont soutenues par un ensemble de fonctions support : Communication, Relations Presse, Finance, Legal, RH, Localisation des Contenus.

The Walt Disney Company France recherche un.e alternant.e pour travailler au sein du département communication, pour la Directrice de la Communication et de la RSE et en support occasionnel des Responsables Relations Presse Produits/Studio/Disney+ ou Chaînes.

 Vos principales missions seront :

Assister la Directrice de la Communication sur l’ensemble de ses missions : communication interne, communication Corporate, Diversité & Inclusion, RSE :

Communication interne

  • s’assurer de la collecte, hiérarchisation et diffusion de l’information des différentes actualités de l’entreprise
    • En lien avec les différents départements
    • En lien avec les équipes ressources Humaines
    • En lien avec le Regional Office à Londres
  • Création d’un calendrier d’actions en interne
    • Proposer des animations tout au long de l’année en lien avec nos actualités et/ou activités
    • Organiser les événements internes

Communication Corporate

  • Gestion de la page Linkedin corporate & expérience employés
  • Gestion & animation de la page : Aide à la rédaction d’articles et ou de tribunes et/ou de discours sur les sujets CorporateFranceGestion des outils corporate
    • Développement des outils Corporate : identification & définition du fichier de contacts Corporate, biographies de l’équipe de management, traductions de textes
    • Maintien du site corporate
    • Mise à jour et suivi au quotidien les outils de communication de The Walt Disney Company (, wiztrust, revue de presse, digimind, …
  • Travail de veille et de reporting
    • Veilles concurrentielles thématiques :
    • Reporting gestion de crise

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne :

  • Suivant une formation en Communication, Marketing, Digital, idéalement en Master
  • Avec une première expérience en communication (en agence ou chez l’annonceur)
  • Disposant d’un très bon niveau d’anglais pour pouvoir travailler quotidiennement avec les équipes à Londres
  • Ayant une orthographe et une grammaire françaises excellentes
  • Maitrisant le Pack Office, surtout Powerpoint et Excel, Photoshop, Canva, est un plus
  • rigoureuse, organisée, curieuse, autonome et qui aime le travail d’équipe

Rythmes d’alternance possibles :

  • 4 jours entreprise/1 jour école
  • Contrat d’apprentissage à pourvoir dès septembre 2025 pour une durée de 1 an
  • Bureaux situés à Paris 16
