The Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships team at Disney Advertising is responsible for driving addressable revenue through storytelling and solutions by focusing on Audience, Automation, Measurement, Innovation and Partnerships and to enable the sales organization with resources and tools to more effectively sell and succeed. About the Role & Team

The Manager, Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships (Measurement) is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager on strategy for key Measurement initiatives and projects and assisting the team tactically. The Manager will be expected to use their measurement/research/analytical skills to help the team tackle our go to market strategy and collateral for measurement with an audience and performance lens.

The Manager will be expected to understand our key business drivers, and use this understanding as well as their past experience to apply to their own work positioning our measurement capabilities. They will assist in gathering and interpreting data, insights and performance metrics and key features of new and current 1P capabilities to help extrapolate meaningful headlines, sales positioning and a point of view.

The manager will be responsible for leading and moving projects forward on their own with little supervision. The Manager will need to demonstrate flexibility to be involved in multiple projects and an ability to proactively prioritize tasks based on organizational needs and key initiatives. The Manager will work with key stakeholders across the team on developing compelling, accurate, and insightful materials, particularly collaborating with Addressable Sales Strategy, Data and Measurement Science, Data Outcomes & Attribution, Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships (Data and Programmatic), Sales Enablement, and Sales and Corporate Communications.

The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Measurement sections of our internal website page, Cantina, as well as leading refreshes and using their creativity and knowledge of the business to provide the best user experience and enhanced discoverability of the content the team posts there.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Data & Measurement Teams, Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships (Programmatic), Sales Enablement, and Addressable Sales to bring new measurement capabilities to market.

  •  Produce and maintain go-to-market sales materials and supporting resources for Disney’s Measurment capabilities and value proposition

  • Serve as Measurment subject matter expert in partnership with Measurement team

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years at a media company, agency, or sales organization working in advertising, sales marketing/communications, or ad solutions role; digital experience required

  • Knowledge of measurement (attribution, R/Fs, dashboard analytics, linear/addressable measurement partners)

  • Track record of collaboration and project management across functional areas

  • Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most urgency and impact

  • Understanding of ad performance metrics and research with ability to analyze, interpret and integrate data into persuasive stories

  • Good presentation building and storytelling abilities, with solid design skills (graphics/visualization)

  • Adept at developing data-driven insights and strategies

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with curiosity, creativity and resourcefulness

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Solution-oriented and can recommendation based on analysis and input from stakeholders

  • Ability to lead meetings, listen and communicate effectively across functions / levels

  • Adept at simultaneously managing multiple work streams and prioritizing

  • A flexible team member who embraces change and is willing to jump in as needed

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point or Keynote

The hiring range for this position based in New York is $119,000 - $145,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
