Job Summary:

La Direction Juridique est au cœur de l’activité de Disneyland Paris et accompagne, en véritable « business partner », les différentes divisions de la société dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie business.

Dans ce cadre, en tant que Juriste Immobilier, vous apporterez un support juridique transverse à une variété de divisions et d’activités au sein de Disneyland Paris.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Juridique en charge du droit Immobilier, vous interviendrez dans plusieurs domaines clés tels que : le développement de la destination touristique Disneyland Paris et le développement urbain autour de cette destination touristique (cession de terrains, rédaction/négociation de PSV-PUV, baux à construction, BEFA/VEFA…).

Vos missions :

Assurer le support juridique aux différentes équipes de Disneyland Paris.

En particulier :

  • Assurer une veille juridique constante et un suivi des différentes règlementations relatives au développement immobilier (promotions, ventes…)

  • Anticiper et diffuser l’information relative aux nouvelles règlementations en matière de droit immobilier/urbanisme grâce aux outils déjà en place pour une meilleure appropriation par les équipes opérationnelles

  • Accompagner et conseiller en tant que partenaire stratégique les équipes pour définir les conditions et modalités d’application de la règlementation applicable

  • Assurer la conformité de l’activité de Disneyland Paris aux évolutions législatives et règlementaires

  • Suivi des contrôles des autorités compétentes et gestion des éventuels dossiers précontentieux et contentieux

  • Assurer un transfert de compétences en diffusant le savoir-faire juridique et les bonnes pratiques aux équipes à travers la mise en place de formations régulières

  • Vous travaillerez sur les dossiers courants et sur des dossiers plus complexes sous la supervision de votre responsable hiérarchique

Vos atouts pour réussir :

  • Titulaire d’un Bac+5 en droit, avec spécialisation en droit immobilier-urbanisme et vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en cabinet d’avocats, étude notariale ou en entreprise

  • Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie et possédez de réelles qualités d’analyse et de synthèse

  • Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, pragmatisme, capacité d’adaptation, curiosité, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et des priorités

  • Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et d’excellentes capacités à communiquer et à collaborer avec différentes équipes

  • Vous avez une pratique professionnelle courante du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
