Une expérience ré-enchantée au sein du Disneyland® Hôtel qui a revêtu un thème royal depuis sa réouverture en janvier 2024 pour une expérience encore plus immersive, sublimée d'un service 5 étoiles et d'une hospitalité exceptionnelle.

Rejoignez une équipe de direction dynamique au cœur du Disneyland Hôtel, en côtoyant les différents services (bagagerie, réception, conciergerie, restauration, service d’étages, boutique, piscine, spa etc…) et prenez part à des missions passionnantes pour anticiper et personnaliser les attentes de nos visiteurs en quête d’un service d’excellence tout au long de leur séjour 🏰 !

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

Intégré(e) à la direction du Disneyland Hôtel, avec une vingtaine de collaborateurs, vous serez amené(e) à faire :

  • Elaboration : traiter les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients.
  • Coaching : participer à la conduite et le suivi des projets en collaboration avec différents               interlocuteurs et partenaires internes/externes.
  • Communication : participer à la création et la réalisation des événements au sein de l’hôtel.
  • Optimisation des résultats : prendre part aux réunions, rédiger les comptes rendus et élaborer des supports de présentation, échanger avec l’international, suivre des budgets.
  • Respect des standards : faire le suivi des arrivées VIP (organisation, accueil, prise en charge des clients à l’hôtel) et suivre le fichier clientèle.

Ces missions sont évolutives en fonction du développement de vos compétences tout au long de votre alternance.

 Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Formation en alternance : vous préparez un Master avec une spécialité en gestion de projet, hôtellerie ou tourisme à la prochaine rentrée et vous avez idéalement une première expérience en gestion de projet et/ou en hôtellerie de luxe.
  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B2). Une troisième langue européenne (B1) est un plus.
  • Outils : Maîtrise du pack Office.
  • Leadership : vous prenez des initiatives et guidez les équipes avec diplomatie afin de gérer différentes situations.
  • Relationnel : vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d’analyse, de travail en équipe et vous aimez la collaboration.
  • Flexibilité : vous êtes prêt(e) et disponible sur des horaires flexibles (semaine/weekend), entre 6h00 et 2h00.
