工作概要:

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The job holder is responsible for assisting the QA Manager in maintaining WDI Quality standards for the whole project cycle. He / she is requires to liaise and monitor site quality and identify potential field problems, areas of risk and resolve the issues independently with guidance from the QA Manager. Maintaining a proper set of QC documentation.

CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL

Carry out site inspections on material, finishes and testing to ensure compliance with drawing & specifications.
Ensure contractors are working with latest and approved shop drawings, material and method statement
Monitor and log submissions status

QUALITY CONTROL

Assist QA Manager to monitor the installation quality, workmanship and standards ensures compliance with the specifications drawings and the approved contractor’s QA/QC plan
Prepare Correction Notices (CN) for any defective works, irregularity against safety and environmental issue

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Studies or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of solid site experience in related construction projects
Site experience in Theme Park projects will be an advantage
Sound knowledge of building materials and technologies
Ability to communicate effectively with management, contractor and field personnel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent speaking and writing English and Chinese
Driving license (group 1 or 2) is preferred
