How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The position supports the implementation of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies at The Walt Disney Company Latin America, and its main objective will be to develop and implement the accessibility in events strategy and it marketing and communication campaign for Latam.

The Supervisor Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of accessible events strategy based on Live Events LOB requirements.
  • Supervision & execution of DE&I regional strategy along LOBs
  • Supervision of trainings regarding DE&I themes for different LOBs.
  • Support the development of the marketing & comms strategy
  • Develop reports, communications and presentations.
  • Supervision of administrative and operative tasks (PO creation, vendor registration, updates on systems)
  • Budget control on system and follow up on payment execution.
  • Mapping stakeholders and potential partners to develop DE&I programs and strategies.
  • Staying abreast of current trends and best practices around DE&I.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience in Project Management, Event Planning and Marketing Strategies.
  • Knowledge of DE&I.
  • Responsible and detail oriented profile.
  • Available to work on weekends for special events.
  • A team-player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Analytical thinking, very organized and ability to follow process that required high attention to details.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
